Update: the human bean reached out to me directly and went above and beyond to address the issue and make it right! Went today and my drink was perfect! Super happy with their customer service!

I visit this location quite often, almost daily and my order never changes there is one barista who doesn’t care about the quality that goes out. I have gotten her on 3 different occasions and each time my coffee tastes literally like nothing. I order a 32 oz Carmel granita it literally tastes like she throws milk, ice and an espresso shot in the blender, it’s not sweet by any means it doesn’t taste anything like Carmel as it should. she doesn’t do the Carmel drizzle nor asks if you would like it she literally just makes the coffee as quickly as possible and sends you on your way. The first time I was like ok this tastes way off, 2nd time I was a little more frustrated because it wasn’t great at all but today was it! Spending almost $11 each time for the barista not to care and make the Carmel granita how it’s supposed to be made is absolutely ridiculous! Stopped in this morning to get coffee for myself and my coworkers. I was the third car in line which usually makes no difference. Today it did! I waited 18 minutes to get to the window and once I was there the barista who greeted me was nothing short of rude! She had a scowl on her face, and he arms crossed when she asked, "what would you like?" I gave her my order for three drinks, she nodded and started to make my drinks. She had to clarify the order 3 times, every time with a scowl on her face. It took her 6 min from taking my order to taking my payment. I paid with the app and chose not to leave a tip, when I was pulling away, I heard her say "no tip, again!" Sorry I don't tip when I feel like the service I received doesn't deserve it. I was even more glad that I didn't tip when I got to my destination and started drinking my coffee, it tastes horribly bitter. My normally rich and delicious Snowy went down the drain. Excellent product and excellent service! If your in a Hurry , probably not your place to go. They take time to interact with the customers. Especially ones that don't know exactly what they want. I had no idea, never been to one of those coffee shacks. They have so many choices to choose from. You can mix any that you like. From whip cream to any flavor you can imagine! My son and i had been pulling doubles on hours and exhausted, he had a triple shot and I a double. They let us try them before we drove away to make sure they were drinkable! Lol they adjusted the drinks until we liked the flavor! REALLY COOL! AND YUMMY! DEFUNETLY...
