Went in and got something for lunch one day, and as I'm waiting to check out, one of the girls with glasses that works there (who's always on her phone, eating a snack, moving painfully slow when she actually does her job) was doing something with a few boxes of cigarettes and other tobacco products that were on the floor which needed to be stocked. As she's squatting over the boxes, she turns her head, looks at me, then goes back to the boxes. I'm still waiting to check out my TWO items. She does it again after a little bit and glares at me for a few seconds, and then turns away again. I never said anything to her or interacted with her in anyway. After 2 or 3 minutes of standing there another girl that was working finally checked me out.
I don't know where that attitude came from or why she thinks it's appropriate to make someone wait that long, but this added with my past experiences being checked out by her (slow, lazy, throwing her hands in the air when I say I don't have a loyalty card), I'll probably never come back here again, even for gas.
Edit: They're closed. A not so nice gentleman told me just...
Read moreThe absolute WORST Casey’s ever. My work is right by so I stop in 3+ a week and it’s awful every time. There’s more people taking Ciggarette breaks outside than workin inside at any time. The lines are alway 10+ people long and every time without fail, they’ll be using only one register while having 3-5 people all standing around. Plus the workers are just pure lazy, some are good but there’s others who are so slow and take 5 minutes to get through one transaction. I love Casey’s but this one deserves 0 stars. Management needs to just fire everyone and start from scratch at this one. Prime location too
EDIT- IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE. THE WORST GAS STATION IN PMAHA WITH THE WORST WORKERS . Three workers sitting on their phones eating snacks while the line is 10 people deep. And the cashier is slurring her words while ON FACETIME with her boyfriend. Not even paying attention to the POS system, more interested in her boyfriend. The owner of this place needs to overthrow this. Everyone here...
Read moreHaving Crohn's disease and traveling can be a completely stressful situation. Kudos to the staff who maintain the restroom at this Casey's location. I can't tell you how much I appreciate walking into a public restroom and not being immediately horrified. It is rare to see such a well maintained restroom close to high traffic areas. I have seen and been forced to use some restrooms that would cause nightmares for others. Suffering from IBD doesn't afford me the opportunity to be picky, so I will drop trou, do my business, and pray that I will not pick up some communicable disease. Again, thank you so much for doing a task most people hate to do, but by doing so, you took the stress out of my road trip home, and that means...
