If I can put zero star I will be did it . I was here for delivery and my appointment was at 6 am . So unloading time for delivery 6 hours then you waiting another 3 hours for BOL sign. Man here so rude and unprofessional for costumer service. I don’t recommend to take load for this location or any restaurant depot location, because they all the same . Because of them I lost my next load and stuck in Omaha by two days. Never ever take loads here. Dear restaurant Depot administration please keep your eyes open and control you unprofessional people in your business. There is a lot of nice people trying to get work . Shipping and Receiving was easy, in and out in less than an hour. I Wouldn't show up more than 20-30mins early. No room for parking. And no street parking. Word of advice tho, if you're close to your appointment time, and see an empty door go ahead and hop in it, then go to the door, buzz the bell and give then your paperwork, and let them know what door you are set up for. Don't wait around or someone else will get in that door. There is plenty of room for backing up, and the people are friendly and communicative. I read the reviews and, frankly, I was ready for the worst outcome of events, for example, how to lose half a day unloading half a trailer. Two hours before the appointment time, they gave me the door and literally within 25 minutes they let me out onto the road with signed documents in my hands. Now I want to turn to the management of the Restaurant depot: the gentleman who unloaded me, his name is Barrington!!! I sincerely thank him and his team for a great job!!!
