Grouchy/expressionless baristas! I see I have a similar opinion and experience from the other reviews. I’ve lived in the area for 12 years now and this stand has been in my line of travel however the long time in line and grouchy/rude greeting is not worth the convenience. I stopped going here for about 2 years then decided to see if anything has changed. The blonde lady there appears to be very unhappy with her job. I told her how I liked my drink and she proceeded to “sass talk” about my request with her coworker as if I couldn’t see or hear. They stopped doing the punch cards and didn’t make the start of my morning pleasant. I once told them my coffee tasted like a dish rag and the only explanation was that the spout might not have been rinsed good enough. No apology or offer to make a new one. I will no longer visit this stand and will encourage my family and friends...

Usually my favorite coffee stand! This morning although went to ordered my Fiancée siead he wanted whipped cream carmel drizzle on it please.. well she handed us the coffee with no drizzle so my Fiancée siead nicely is there anway you could put carnel drizzle on that. She than gave a nasty attidue starts to open cup sighns than meanly says "You need to tell us before we go to make it". She than quoted me a different priced on my coffee. I specifically told her we did tell you before hand. Its just upseting there is no need to get upset and be disrespectful to your costumers because you did not hear, Usually the girls are friendly but this makes me not want to come back honestly did not appreciate this costumer service exspecialy charing me $10 for a iced coffee and charging me a whole $2 more after...

Ariana did a phenomenal job for me today. I’ve had a horrible day today and she managed to put a smile on my face and made my day a whole lot better. The drinks were exceptional she is the only one that I like to go to she makes them exactly how I like them. She is super empathetic, I would like to speak to the owner and tell them how great of a worker they have. Personally speaking that woman deserves a raise. Please to the owner or manager contact me as soon as possible, she has never messed up my drinks she is the only one that is always happy and joyful. She makes the customers leave with a smile on their face . I will for sure come back only when she is the one worker.
