The restaurant has been remodeled and the service has improved, and I've actually been there twice in one week for lunch. Our server on the first visit was Candace and she was wonderful! She had a great attitude, joked around with me and my lunch companion and we actually asked to be seated in her section on the next visit. Since it was her day off, Tori was our server and she was great, too.
I'm quite impressed with the lunch menu, offering $10 and $12 options. Where else can you go to get a double-patty cheeseburger, fries, AND a drink for $10?! And it's still seriously good food. I'm not a Pepsi product fan so I ordered tea. Shut the front door! They have the absolute best tea ever.

It was a sad first impression when the hostess didn't know if it was happy hour, if there even was a happy hour, or if drinks besides beer were available. To answer our questions, she handed us menus. When I mentioned that mine was sticky and filthy, she didn't acknowledge me, much less attempt to clean it or offer a new one.
We were seated in the bar area for about ten minutes before I went to the bar and asked if we were supposed to order there or if there was waitstaff available. After several more minutes, our waitress arrived and apologized for the delay due to shift change. I'm okay with shift change delays. It was odd/confusing that only some menu items were priced and our waitress couldn't give us exact pricing, and said something about recent menu changes. We had to flag her down to request drink refills, and empty glasses were left on the table when new ones arrived.
The only reason I'm giving a 3-star rating (and not 2) is because the appetizer portions were generous and well-priced, and the drinks were pretty good. Now I remember why I don't go there very often; either the food is good and the service is not, or it's the other way around. No...

My friends and I have gone there several times in the past. When the place first opened there was good service. The food that was ordered came out quickly and most importantly, correctly.
Within the past few years everything about the restuarant experience has gone down in quality. It has gotten so bad that we have started to simply order online. We have only been more disappointed with each order that we have placed.
This nights order will be our last from this location. We placed our order around 6pm. I was told that our order would be ready at 6:30pm. I arrived to pick up the order at 6:40pm. Not only was our order not ready by the time I had arrived, but we were given an incomplete order.
We had ordered 2 large boneless and 2 medium boneless. When they finally gave me what I thought was our order; it was only half of the order! It took them 10 minutes to get that out to me. I left with what I was told was our complete order. When I got to my friends house, I found out that they didn't give me the two medium orders.
I went back there and they still didn't have the rest of my order ready. It wasn't until 7:20pm that I was able to leave with all or our order. Upon getting back to my friends home, we noticed that his order was not made correctly. Now over an hour and a half after our order was supposed to be ready; we decided to just eat what they had given.

Read moreI was very not pleased with this visit. From the front of house to the service. I would have been better off bringing my family to a nite club to eat. Walking into the front door already looked like a fast food restaurant with to go menus as their greeter counter.The greeters,were not very friendly. Once you were seated the t.v.'s were so loud you could not understand what anyone at the table was saying,the waitress couldn't even understand your order.There were only 8 tables on the side we were sat on,and these people were running around like they were busy. I forgot to say there were also probably a total of 4 waiters and waitresses also working on this same side of restaurant. It took forever to order because the waitress would not come back,but by looking around we were not the only people looking for our waitress, other tables had the same problem, with different waitresses. I worked in the restaurant industry before ,and know this is one of the reasons restaurants or not staying open. I didn't even see a manager if there was one on duty. There was no pride in this restaurant at all.The bad part is the restroom was cleaner than the restaurant. Tables were getting clean,but the floors were full of trash.Noone wants to eat in a trashy atmosphere. Staying open till 2 am may be to much for your waitstaff! Closing your doors regrouping ,and retraining your waitstaff is highly recommended ,and yall might want to find your manager who should be present in leading your staff.This visit was very unacceptable, and this is not the only Buffalo Wild Wings I have visited.
