There should be a ZERO rating! I live near this BK and have had many bad experiences and had written them off. Tonight, out of convenience my wife talked me into getting BK because it was close by. I tried the new "Brisket Whopper. First, the person in the drive through did not understand us and we definitely couldn't understand him. After repeating the order 3 times we thought he understood. We got to the pay window and the employee was abrupt and rude. Then we got to the 2nd window and were handed our order and a receipt which we had to ask for. The girl then asked for our order back as apparently we were given the wrong order. She then presented us with another bag and was polite. When took our food out, first I ordered a large french fries and got a medium. The fries were old and reheated. The " Brisket Whopper" was mayo, tiny tomato and couldn't find the brisket. There was an ample smattering of BBQ sauce but overall a NASTY BURGER! Nowhere close to what it was advertised as. This is at least the 3rd time we have had lousy service and lousy food, the reason I was reluctant to return there tonight. It has become ridiculous that we continue to pay a lot more money for horrible food and reduced quantities. I don't usually do these reviews but I've had more than enough of being ripped off by these fast food businesses who continue to raise prices and provide terrible service, reduced quantities and terrible quality food! Read moreDon't waste your time or money. There is another BK at Ambassador and I-10 that won't screw up your order 90% of the time. Note: this is not an exaggeration. I live close to this one and so used to stop there once every week or two. No more. They will screw the order up even if you tell them that adding mayo will cause a potentially fatal allergic reaction. . .and they will screw it up the next time you go. . .and the next time. . .and so on. Then you have to park the car, go in, tell the manager that it happens every time, and then have to wait ten minutes for them to remake it, even though it only took about 3 minutes the first time. All out of spite. The managers don't give a s#!t so the cooks really don't. And I try to be as polite as possible b/c I don't want spit in my food. And this is the kind of people to do just such a thing. Last time this happened I finally had enough and talked to the manager, who seemed like he dealt with similar complaints all the time and had the district mngr phone number memorized for just these occassions. Besides this, it's dirty. I've seen them not wearing gloves. Seen them leaving food to get cold on the counter for ten minutes. Just really don't care, no pride in anything they do. Read moreWhen we ordered we were there was no one else inside. So why is it that the onion rings and spicy chicken had been waiting on us for some time. The reason I say this is because the food was cold and dark as if the grease needed to be changed. I politely asked if it wouldn't be a problem for me to have fresh food OUT OF THE GREASE!!! I understand and know well about hold times.. this food was kept well past the holding time. As a matter of fact, the holding units should have been beeping or red stickers should have been applied for food that has not been sold in the required holding time. This is unacceptable and can even pose a threat to some such as elderly, young, and immune deficiency. It is not ok to serve food that is expired. Which makes me realize why I love RACETRAC so much, they don't care what they waste, as long as it is fresh for you from open to close, freshness is always guaranteed. Please do better BK..
