Crawfish Time on Moss — Restaurant in Lafayette

I ordered a 3 and 5 pound order for me and my son yesterday, and it was the best crawfish I've ever gotten from a restaurant. They were all medium sized, very clean, and cooked perfectly. I seen that a few people mentioned how salty they were, and yes I wish they had a bit more spice and a tad less salt, but I'll take that over bland crawfish any day! From here on out this is where I'll be getting my crawfish from! I usually don't care about eating crawfish that much, but they were so good I'm going there again today for more.

Edit* I went again today, and got another 5 lbs. I called around 2:30 to see what time they started serving and they were already open. I think he said on Saturday and Sunday they're open from 12:00 to 9. I figured in the middle of the day while they weren't busy the quality may have dropped some, but they were piping hot and delicious. You could smell the seasoning as soon as you open the bag, and the seasoning isn't just sprinkled on after. They are definitely boiled in the seasoning. Used to be the ONLY place we went for boiled crawfish! Not anymore. My hubby and I have received 8lbs total of raw mushy crawfish! That was the first time so we left it alone. OK no prob. So hubby goes last night for 5lbs for himself, gets home and comfy ready to tear up him some mud bugs, but nope they are raw and mushy again! This time I call them the day after to let them know their issue because mind u our money was wasted not once but twice! The lady who answers the phone proceeds to call me a lair as she "can't see how that's possible". I feel she was very unprofessional in how she handled the situation. I told her he obviously did not eat them and they are still n my fridge, o could come show her what is wrong with them she again rudely says, " u do that and hangs up"! Now come on y'all! The staff here apparently have issues with giving you your correct order. I placed my order and they were lying to my face saying "no that is what you ordered I heard you" even though I have a recording of my order being placed correctly. Seems like a simple "oh my appoligies, we will get you fixed up" would be the right way to go. Not exactly, after these events that the staff members especially the girl at the register have all seem to have an attitude problem. This place was great a few years back but the quality of workers seems to have drastically declined. You can get much better service (and seasoning) at Cooneys down the road for around the same price, or take the hike to the location on Ridge Road, you will get MUCH...
