I order from this location very often. I placed order last night prior to the bad weather, the tracker showed it was out of the oven, I called multiple times phone rang and rang. A few minutes ago I called to find out what happened. The young lady who answered the phone had a very unconcerned tonality!! She stated all orders will be cancelled and the money will be refunded within 3-5 days. I asked why no call or anything, she states power blinked a few times and possibly went out. (However the tracker shows it was already cooked just getting ready for delivery, which means there is an order number on the ticket) but if it did actually have power outage, that Is totally understandable. I actally left 2 hours later once i did not receive the order, and drove around. Other than some tree limbs here and there and one traffic light was out on Kaliste saloom rd. Its was Business as usual EVVERRYWHERRE!!! My annoyance is, The young lady represented as some type of supervisor, She could clearly hear I was upset, Not one time was there remorse or concern. Just " your order will be cancelled, and refunded within 3 to 5 days. Which upset me even more. Read moreLast night my boyfriend and I ordered their $20 box deal. Around midnight I got really nauseous and ended up vomiting until about 6am. My boyfriend got the same symptoms shortly after being he ate later than I did, and he's still vomiting. I called the store today and when I asked for a manager I was hung up on. I called back and they told me she wasn't in yet and would call me back. I called corporate, but they weren't open on weekends and said "please contact us through Facebook, twitter, or our website" I made a tweet and was almost immediately contacted, and finally got a call around 4-5pm today from the store manager. I told her what happened and she said to call 1-800-dominos because she couldn't do anything. All I wanted was a refund and to let them know about the food poisoning so they could check their food. I'd hate for anybody especially a kid to go through what my boyfriend and I are going through. But she only seemed concerned about my tweet before talking to her. And it's really sad because I ordered from this location all the time. I don't think I'll be able to stomach pizza again for awhile let alone dominos. Read moreWhat has happened to this location? We've ordered from this location for over five years with ZERO issues - food always came quickly and there was never a problem. Over the past few months, things have changed. We tried ordering in March only to receive a call from the store that they don't deliver to our address and have never delivered to us. We ended up picking up the pizza and all was well. We tried again the other day and after over an hour and a half, we called the store to find out what was happening. We were told how busy they were, which is completely understandable. What's not understandable is how and why there was no communication. When speaking with the store, we were again told that this location doesn't deliver to us, despite having delivered to us for over five years. We were told to order from the Youngsville location for delivery. The app and website do not allow us to order from Youngsville for delivery - only Verot, which "doesn't deliver" to our neighborhood. I called Youngsville and they said they don't deliver to us. When I asked the Verot location why, after over five years, they could no longer deliver to us, there wasn't an answer.
So I guess we can't order Dominos delivery anymore. Bummer. Caught in between...
