Went in to pickup order recently and a new face was in there preparing orders and dough however i then was told he was the new manager and had been with the company for 16yrs. I knew he wasnt from here due to his accent, and as I asked him where he was from, to no surprise, he claimed Kentucky ,USA...He was very friendly and energetic and just seemed to love his job and his workers which was a different vibe than previous visits which weren't as friendly and welcoming!!!I mentioned that to him and he proceeded to give me several different new coupons which would be greatly appreciated😉😉😁😁 i have a big family to buy for and that would help out alot allowing us to come back more often with such good discounts....Thank You Zack,,,and BY THE WAY THE PHILLY CHEESE STEAK PIZZA IS OFF THE CHAIN ,I RECOMMEND IT AND WISH THEY WOULD PUT IT ON MENU PERMANENTLY. 5 STARS TO BOTH HIM, SERVICE AND OF...

They only have two people in the store during peak dinner time. The guy working the cut station can’t leave to focus on customers walking in because stuff is coming out, and the guy making the pizzas is slammed and can’t do anything else either.
The GM or manager needs to schedule people appropriately. This is 101 stuff.
Im stuck reading the marketing content on your pre-folded pizza boxes over and over…seeing how yall supposedly give great service…but this location and its front line employees are being set up for failure because management is worried about trying to save a couple extra Pennie’s or trying to save face on some bullshit...

It was delivered cold. So i called to complain. The woman told me, "well it was free" I paid for a pizza. Just because ya'll are incompetent doesn't mean i deserve to get cold food. She hung up on me. I called back, got the district manager. He yelled at me saying there's no way it was cold & he's not giving me another free pizza. Then hung up on me.
