Where's the MEAT??? Was supposed to be No 2, steak with pepper jack cheese. July 28, 2024 my wife stopped at Subway on W. Gloria Switch, Lafayette, LA, to pick up a No. 2, steak with pepper jack cheese, foot long and cut in half for us. She never noticed the amount of meat that the girl had on it, she just called out the veg's and everything we wanted to add. She asked her to keep the jalapeno's on one side and olive's on the other side, and asked her to put mayo only on the side with the olives. She also asked her to wrap them separate and mark the one with the mayo with an M, which she did. Got home and as she started to eat her half with the jalapeno's she noticed there was NO MEAT, so opened it up and moved the veg's around, found VERY LITTLE MEAT, it was pathetic. 2 bites actually had a little meat, what a JOKE. The one with mayo had very little meat also. She has bought sandwiches here at this location SO MANY TIMES, too many to count, and the sandwiches were superb. This must have been a NEW, YOUNG employee who did not know what she was doing; at least we guess that's what it was. The mgr rang up the purchase while she was wrapping it. The mgr should show this young girl how to make this sandwich with the meat and cheese spread all across the bread, NOT JUST THE CENTER, AND TO PUT ENOUGH MEAT, NOT JUST A TABLESPOON...
Read moreGO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. I arrived to pick up my order that I ordered through the app after 5 minutes after the pick-up time to find that they "didn't have the order." While I am in there asking how to get it fixed, a guy jumps in and says it happened to him more than once now which is why he get down to order and just has his app scanned for points. That he could never get a resolve or his money back. I said cool, is there a manager or someone that can just refund the order. I showed my phone, even logged into my bank account so they could see the charge. That's when the girl became ignorant and stared a tantrum. Like I get it, you took someone's food and now you mad they showed up but like it is what it is, refund the order. She then starts screaming and calls her "boss" who started yelling back at her on the phone. Needless to say, it wasn't resolved there. I had to put in a corporate complaint and had my bank block the pending charge. I get it, times are rough, but I tipped almost half my order total for 2 meals. The lady that was waiting on us (my children and I) stated after I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas for my 2 youngest children, those will be done after any sandwiches because they take too long. The 2 pizzas took all of one minute and thirty seconds. After they were done we proceeded to order our food and about eight or so minutes later my children still had to wait for the pizza to cool off before they could eat.
