I'm still in disbelief that the manager called her family to come jump me💔 I was so excited to visit the new location. Finally something upscale.🤩 When we arrived, the lights were off. 🚩. While we were eating the lights were off🚩🚩 & the manager NEVER came over to check on us. At the end, I politely asked the manager If she would be able to discount my food, seeing that we were all eating in the dark. I spoke to another manager 1st ( very easy to speak with) She didn't have the authority. As I speak with the rude manager * The lights went back out as we were having this conversation.* 🤦🏽‍♀️ She cursed me, & said she wasn't going to call the owner as I had requested. She then threatened to call the police if I didn't pay, in which I didn't mind🤞🏽, & I told her to call them. Atp she had become so hostile toward me. Instead she called her Family. Next thing you know, drinks are being thrown at me, Im being called out of my name, people I don't even know are trying to attack me. I ran out as fast as I could, leaving my cute heels behind but they surrounded my car too. My plus 1 & I were so scared. I just wanted a nice outing while the kids were away. When I walked in from the sun into the dark it was a hard adjustment on my eyes for daytime. The music is very loud and provocative. When I went the first time at 3:30 pm, the server told me that she couldn’t put it into the system until 4 pm because that’s when I they serve dinner so I told her I’d come back. When I got back the server smiled and was friendly. I placed my order for the Cajun chicken Alfredo it came cents away from $25. I didn’t wait for a super long time, but I didn’t enjoy waiting with the soundtrack that was playing, and I didn’t want to walk to my car because of the change in lighting. Obviously, it is a bar so I understand that that was the setup they were going for, however, it was early in the day and there were very few customers. When I got my food and went to my car I opened up the to-go container and it was a very small amount of food. I took a bite and it was very delicious. Came here for a day date with my hubby. He loves bowling so I was expecting to suprise him with the mini bowling however it was not working at the time so I can’t rate that—just call ahead to check, if that’s what you’re coming for. The service was impeccable! I had an issue with my food and it was taken care of promptly and removed from the bill. That just made me tip even more—so happy that they didn’t try to argue to defend the cooks when a portion of my food was bad. Otherwise, all of our other food was great. The hot sauce was sweet..which isn’t my fortè,but I’ll give it a pass lol. Lastly, the Social Passion was one of THE BEST cocktails I’ve ever had—I need that recipe!...
