I just had the worse service ever in my life! On my way out of town, I placed an order of 2 All Star Breakfast both with scrambled cheese eggs, one with sausage and the other with bacon and sausage, I asked for hashbrowns instead of grits on both. I go into the restaurant at 4:51 am there were no customers there and only two workers. Luckly my breakfast was already ready and bagged. The workers were very nice young men who insured me my food was correct. When I get to my destination I noticed that I had grits on both plates NO HASHBROWNS, scrambled eggs NO CHEESE and my meats were burnt! I then called and told them my order was incorrect after they insured me it was ready and as I ordered it. He then act suprised and said that he called out the ticket and he assumed the cook make it correct and he apologized. He then said he would make the manager aware, place my ticket to the side and that I should call the manager in the morning. So I call the manager this morning and asked if he knew about the incorrect order and did he see the ticket his worker left explaining their mistakes he said NO so I tried to explain what happened. But he wont let me get any words in. I asked him if he could listen because I was a customer and he told me to call back when I get a better attitude. He showed no concern, didnt let me explain the situation and was very very nasty. He then told me to tell him what I had on so he can watch a video to make sure I actually came in! He never apologized, never came up with a soulution, and still doesn't know what was wrong with our meals! I've never in my life been so rudely interrupted, disrespected and treated in such a way by a restaurant manager! They make your food and you pay them but if its any problems you should always be able to speak with someone professional in charge. They way this manager handled this situation was rude, unsympathetic and out right wrong for business with paying customers. I will never in my life order there again! Well I come to find out that all the people who work for Waffle House are on professionals. The lady who was supposed to send my check through direct deposit she lied to me. I went to the waffle house where they supposedly sent my check. It's been 3 days it went from one place in Georgia to another place in Georgia and I told my check isn't here and it was sent Wednesday today is Saturday to people you don't want to deal with this kind of people they are liars scammers the truth is not in them.
