This by far has got to be the worst Dominos in the chain. Two days now I have tried to place an order during normal business hours and could not. First time I tried I kept getting a blank screen online every time I selected this location for delivery. After numerous attempts I phoned to find out they stopped delivery service early bad fog and safety concerns for their drivers. What was unbelievable is they encouraged me to come in for pickup. Guess my safety was of no concern. Don't you think if the fog was so bad they had to stop delivery they should close up shop to let all their employees go home and not encourage others to drive in? Also, when they bring down their online ordering early, a message would be real nice so we don’t waste our time. Second time was just a few minutes ago. Placed my order online for delivery just to receive a call 5 minutes later that they were cancelling my order due to a remodel that they were doing to their store. They were concerned that airborne "stuff" might contaminate my food. I would think that a remodel does not happen unexpectedly. Don't you think if they can bring down their online site for unexpected fog they can do the same for this? But no, they let me waste my time placing an order only to cancel it. Also, a more recent successful time I did order here my chicken pasta dish came with a total of 2 small slices of chicken in the entire bowl. I called to complain and at least they offered me a future free chicken pasta dish. I highly recommend if you are ordering food earlier in the evening, order from someplace else, like the cottage, if you want decent food and customer service. If later in the evening when all else is closed, well then you are kinda stuck. Might be best to keep a spare pizza from the grocery store in...
Read moreI have no choice but to give this Domino's Pizza one star. I'm also not getting a pizza. I'm currently staying in a motel around the corner from this location and can't drive to pick it up. Delivery then. They add $1 to each pizza for delivery. But then at the end want to add an additional $5.69 I believe it was for delivery. What started as two $7 pizzas turned out to be a $25 order.
The first guy on the phone was nothing short of snarky and disrespectful. There's no reason for this. Those of us that stuck with Domino's through covid and their many challenges don't appreciate being treated this way afterwards. I was much younger I drove for Domino's. I know how little the drivers get paid and how they get tips. It doesn't cost Domino's anything other than minimum wage for that driver. Therefore, adding a dollar to each pizza and then adding an additional $5.69 for delivery is ridiculous.
Last week when I ordered a pizza it was cold and had to be sent back. The replacement was excellent. Today when I tried to order its application went as far as telling me they no longer deliver to this location. This encounter was nothing short...
Read moreWant to order a pizza after 5PM? Good luck, they probably won't accept your order. This is the only Dominoes on the mountain and your only option unless you want to pay 3x more at a restaurant. That said, I highly recommend The Cottage next door if you want Italian food and pizza. We (try to) order fairly often from this Dominoes and there is about a 25% chance they will completely screw up your order if you're even able to make one. We have even received items which are not even on the menu, pizza without sauce, or simply the wrong toppings. Whenever going in, they seem very short staffed, rushed and inexperienced. Often you have to wait for someone to even acknowledge you are there. This location often turns off their online ordering system periodically throughout the week after 5PM and is just busy in general. I have called within an hour and a half of closing and been told they are not taking any more orders for the night even for pickup. You simply shouldn't bother here almost any...
