New Orleans Original Daiquiris — Restaurant in Lake Charles

So I am a regular at this location, and when I go I am normally spending right around 25 dollars because I add shots to my drink. The service here is normally great because I am a regular ,so when I get to the window they basically already know what I want because I hardly every change my order. Which is sweet tart mixed w S.S and 3 to 4 shots of watermelon pucker. But lately I have been getting a fun dip w extra shots which this drink has a 5.75 up charge, my bf gets his drink which is a fruit loop w 2 shots making our total 15-25 dollars depending on the day because they have daily specials. So when I went on last Monday the kind young lady who normally always serves me said I know your a regular but they are cracking down on us so next please have your ID I said ok no problem. So been there every night service was ok, but this night I went there and was served by Hailey ,which is the manager there from what she told me. So I gave her my ID card she rudely handed it back to me and said here it is expired. Slammed the window and walked away so I hunked the horn she came back to the window and I told her that I had a valid drivers license she replied and said she didn’t care and she didn’t have to serve me and that’s her right. So I said ma’am I’m a regular here there no way your treating this way so I asked for the owner. She looked at me and said your not that important so u don’t matter to the owner. So I asked for a number to do a customer complaint and she said well I’m the manager complain to me but again you don’t matter and that chump change you spend won’t be missed so the employee that works the front walked behind her she turned to her and said something. They were the only 2 working tonight. I never felt so disrespected in my life after spending hundreds of dollars to this place. And not to mention that this place is out of New Orleans where I’m from so I would spend x amount of dollars here. I won’t be spending another dollar here until she’s fired. And I will make sure my family and friends is not spending here until she’s no longer working there. Great customer service is why Customer come back. She did not display good customer service at all. No one should be treated in such manner. So I would like if the owner reach out about this matter. I drove 30 mins to come and get a drink I pulled up at 11:30 and the girl in the drive threw said that they closed early because they haven’t had any customers and that the daiquiris were watery now because they cleaned up early I said I’ll take it water down she said let me see if the front register is closed she came back and said it’s down I can rang you up sorry now if she said we only have certain flavors due to business being slow I couldn’t have understood that but to close down early just because they’re ready to get off isn't right I drove 30 mins out the way to get a drink so beware because they mite close early !

This was my first time visiting this daquiri shop. The girl at the window did not have a happy face and was not very helpful. I wanted to try something different than what I normally get which is pina colada. I wanted to know what was in the Crawgator but the girl said they don't have that drink and I asked her for a good suggestion that didn't have tequila in it and all she suggested was Pina Colada. I was annoyed after that and just ordered a pina colada which was not that great. The menu needs to be updated to show the flavors that y'all actually have. I will not be visiting this...
