China 1 — Restaurant in Lake City

In my opinion this is one of the better Chinese spots in lake City. I used to eat at (Yums) all the time (they're in the publix shopping center) until I read about the health inspector going around checking the restaurants and yums made the top 10 for most health violations. Btw this was less than 2 weeks ago (today is the 6th of August) This place is perfect 😁 it's reasonably priced. it's family-owned. the people there are super nice and your food can be ready in like 15 minutes and they have a super easy app you can use and everything works perfectly please give this place a try 😁🤜🤛 Support your local businesses Be nice to somebody it's easier 😉

Owner: just a suggestion and courtesy note to you... You have to make sure that dishes like generalTao's chicken that the chicken is crispy fried and you have to put lots of sauce on top of the chicken the folks like lots of sauce and they like their chicken to be crispy if you do that I think it's going to improve your business a whole lot 🤜🤛😁 Please take this advice. While I eat a lot of different types of food, I tend to order the same thing from the same places. I switch between a few dishes at China 1. The Szechuan chicken (spicy of course) and Hunan beef are my favorites here. I live close by here and order so often, when they answer the phone if they see its me, they tell me "Pu Pu platter and Szechuan or Hunan?" By the time I get there they are usually boxing it up. Although I've walked in off the street and not called ahead and been out the door in 10 minutes. Their portions are good, the fried rice, lo-mien, chow-mien, are all very tasty, less salty than I'm used to but I enjoy that (sometimes that also means less MSG) The best thing is the consistency of the dinners. Been here several times and always had a decent experience. Today was absolutely horrible. Food is delicious as usual, but the young boy working the counter, appeared to be about 11, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Heard him being sarcastic to other customers, as well as to us. Never tolerated it from my own children, will not tolerate it from others. They definitely lost several customers today if the others commenting as they left stand by their word.
