Subway — Restaurant in Lake City

When I walked into Subway today in Lake City Minnesota there was a gentleman being helped so I patiently waiting my turn as he got his food and left the gentleman behind the counter through his gloves away washed his hands and now this is what really got me. he put soap on both hands did not rub his hands together like proper hand washing should and don't forget people we are still in this pandemic of a virus that's going around this entire nation so proper hand-washing is a must let's not forget this is not the first time this has happened at this Subway. I have been there multiple times and have seen it multiple different people doing the same thing. Not properly washing hands. I also wanted a footlong with the pork rib with barbecue sauce He piled it on like he didn't know when to stop and the only thing I tasted was barbecue sauce none of the vegetables no mayo nothing just the taste of barbecue sauce. I had a friend that used to work at this particular Subway and she has told me that this is the best Subway in the area well let me tell you something the subway in Wabasha is a lot better than the Subway in Lake City and both Subways in Red Wing. I will not go back to this Subway if I want a sub I'm going to Wabasha 15 miles...

Tables were filthy. The one worker who was present, was clean & pleasant but she spoke very little English. We tried to order a specific sammich that we have been ordering for over 20 yrs at subway. A “pizza sub”. Simple enough but this was terribly confusing for the poor gal who was left to work alone while the other chick (a real beauty with meth mouth) was apparently running errands. Meth chick just popped in twice while we dined inside. We were able to get our sammiches, not the sammiches we actually wanted but when we choose a numbered sammich from the menu, the first gal was able to throw some together for us. They were so sloppily made that it was difficult to even eat them tho. Way too much sauce and cheese made it a disaster to eat. Not worth $26 for such a terrible experience. I won’t be stopping here again on my fishing trips to/from red wing. Did I mention there was not one single table on the first floor...

I never would've thought that I would have to Rate this subway this low

The gentleman that took my order today was extremely rude and pushy, immediately right when I got in the door, all I hear is "what are you getting".

There was no hello Or good afternoon or any sort of Friendly greeting, I have never ever been treated so poorly by anybody from this subway, I don't know the gentleman's name who took my order today but he either needs an attitude change or he needs to lose his job because If an employee is going to be rude and that pushy to a customer, serious consequences need to happen

I lived in Lake City for four years, going on and I have never been treated so poorly by this subway or the workers until now

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!

I expect better from Subway, do not act like the Burger King...
