Subway — Restaurant in Lake City

All I can pretty much say for this subway is that they were extremely slow. They had 3 people working but we still had to wait at least 15-20 minutes just for a cheese pizza. I could kind of understand if they were busy but they weren't. They took so long on the customer in front of us that the gentleman had time to go to the gas station section (because it was connected to subway) to buy beverages. The menu didn't have the pizzas on them so we asked for the price and they didn't know for sure but gave me a ballpark figure, which we found out was a $1.00 off when we checked out. I bought cookies as well and then found what looked to be fuzz baked into 2 of them but since we were driving home from Grand Rapids to Iron Mountain and we were already 30 miles away we weren't going to go back just...

Lily our Subtologist, was amazing, great personality, great service, and our subs were amazing.

Downside, Lily has to work with a loud mouth chauvinistic asshat named Ethan. Although we tried and tried politely to get him to shut his mouth because of the words he was as a downgrade to woman in general. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Lily should not have to put up with and be subjected to such a misogynistic work atmosphere.

Stay away from this restaurant they will rip you off. I place online orders on a regular basis. If you order double meat, you're not gonna get it. You should receive 16 but constantly only 12. So basically, they are stealing from the customer. The manager on duty Samantha could care less when I called. I was left on hold for 5 minutes as well as being rude and condescending.
