Cap's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake George

What a beautiful cafe and pizza joint. My family and I stumbled upon this hidden jem about a year ago on our yearly vacation to our cabin in the mountains. There’s obviously not many options for food out here, so we had to check this place out. Boy were we blown away. We returned for our second visit and the pizza was just as amazing if not better than last year. My mom and sister enjoyed their salads. Last year my family and I got to meet the owners, and they are great people. Beautiful place, amazing view, great food and drinks, and the best pizza you’ll ever have in your life. I brought my pizza home 30 minutes away and it was very good. It has grease because it is a real pizza. The cicilion is good, it's a square pizza, square cut. The New York is a little better because each slice has crust and I like the stuff under the crust. Both Pizza started to get soft crust starting by the time I got home, and little pools of grease. I will be back and let people know it's awesome and I recommend the place. Wow. This pizza is some of the greatest I've had in Colorado. I had the smokehouse and it was so unique and delicious. The garlic knots are huge and well seasoned with garlic, Parmesan and butter. The service was attentive and friendly. It took a little while to get our food because they make everything to order and were pretty busy for a 2:00 on a sunday.
