R Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

We went to this bar because we live (snowbirds from Idaho) close by to have dinner and a beer. At the food ordering station in the back of the bar I ordered dinner that cost $18.00 using my VISA credit card. We were sitting at the bar when dinner was brought to us. A few minutes later I went back to the order station and ordered an appetizer, using my VISA card, that cost $7.00, that was also brought to us. Three beers and finishing dinner, the bar tab was $6.25. When we got ready to leave I paid the $6,25 bar tab and a $!0.00 tip with the same VISA card. Daily I check my card balance online....and I'll be damned if the food station didn't add $2.00 to the dinner bill that was $18.00, and $1.00 was added to the $7.00 appetizer, both transactions without my authorization...also the $10.00 tip was added, as authorized, to the $6.25 bar tab.

In addition....the meat loaf sandwich I had was not that great, the kitchen had run outta gravy for the sandwich, and onion rings.

I may go back when hell freezes over someday, then I'll pay cash, and not leave any tip at...

This is a cute, local bar fixed up a couple of years ago, and the carpet has just been redone. . The owners are great people and the beer is nice and cold. I would love to see them get some of our local beers on tap, but there's always a nice supply of tasty beverages. Go for the beer but stay for the food. . They have now changed their menu and are even serving prime rib on Thursday. This is the most tender meat I've had in at least 18 years. The garlic green beans with mushrooms are to die for and the potato could not be any more creamy and wonderful. Bravo to the owner Steve and his new kitchen manager for the wonderful changes. . First time In This Bar looks like a pretty cool place and the owner pretty nice guy I have not met him yet but he was good friends with my pop and he's helping my sister and her mom get things moved I appreciate that very much hopefully I'll be meeting the owner soon discuss some business hopefully some dart boards for his bar It definitely looks like a cool place to hang though.
