I ordered a LARGE thin crest ITALIAN SAUSAGE with extra pepperoni and extra cheese with a single order of cheese bread and an extra Ranch dip. I ordered on-line so the order could not be mis-communicated and only required someone to read the order. My mistake. I received a MEDIUM with extra pepperoni only (no sausage and questionable amount of cheese) and no extra RANCH dressing that I paid for. At first the driver said "Yes it is a large" (Hoping that I'm illiteriate on pizza, but I order plenty of Papa Johns and know this is a medium). The driver was apologetic and promised to get the correct pizza. I called the store and the manager gave multiple options. I told him I had hungry people here so just re-make the order. He offered to remake the order with a desert and put a $15 credit on my account. So I thought, Great! I received the replacement pretty quick but now it was a LARGE as ordered and HAND TOSSED CRUST (not Thin crust as ordered) with EXTRA CHEESE (lots of it) and pepperoni (No Extra Pepperoni with Italian Sausage as ordered). NO ITALIAN SAUSAGE and NO EXTRA PEPPERONI, but LOTS OF EXTRA CHEESE AND NO THIN CRUST, but we did get the 50 cent Ranch that I paid for plus one extra. PLUS NO DESSERT THROWN IN AS PROMISED. I decided to cut my losses and ask for my money back and ate a Turkey sandwich. They offered to keep a $15 credit on file for my phone number, but I told them to just credit my account for the amount paid and nix the $15 Credit. The only thing I am out is the $4 tip for the driver who had to run back and forth for the $19.49 order prior to tax. The manager apologized and used the excuse that the order got mixed up in translation. I asked how, because I ordered on line and all they needed to do is READ the order. That maybe the problem. I don't know, but I told him to remove the credit and refund my order (minus the delivery tip) and I"m good. I will never order Pizza Hut again. Doesn't matter if it is this location or any other. I didn't think making a Large Thin Crust Italian Sausage with extra pepperoni and extra cheese equated to Medium thin crust with extra pepporoni only. I gave 2 stars because they tried to make it right, but failed in making the...
Read moreI order pizza for delivery a couple days ago and they tell me 45 minutes. It shows up an 1 hour & 30 minutes later so I get an email stating that I have a free pizza for my trouble. I called today and I spoke to a woman named Abigail (the manager) because i'm trying to connect my free pizza with the order I'm about to make. The call center sends me directly to the stobecause of my free pizza email. Abigail answers the phone and hangs up on me after asking me if I wanted deliveryor carryout. So when I call back the second time I say "this is the guy that was just on the phone" and she says "I wasn't on the phone with anyone" (very sarcastically) I said well i'm just trying to place an order and also get this free pizza and she says that it can't go through on there end and that I'll have to do it online. I said doesn't that mean I'll have to place 2 separate orders? and again very sarcastically she says "oooor you can just do it all online" treating me like an idiot. So I went ahead and placed my order of two pizza's, a 6 piece wing and a bread stick totalling $71. I can see now why pizza hut is a dying franchise. This "Manager" Abigail, is the reason I will never order from there again. The price was already bothering me but Abigail's attitude sealed the deal. Yes I'm that guy who will never order again from a place where they treat the customer like an...
Read moreOrdered one of their dinner box 2 pizza deals, with wings and breadsticks. Added and paid for double pepperoni on both. Received pizzas with a thin smear of sauce in the middle, about 6 pieces of pepperoni in the middle, and about 3 inches of bare crust all the way around each pizza. Wings had little to no sauce and breadsticks were cold and hard. Sadly, this isn't the first time they've cheaped out on toppings, not following company guidelines on toppings may temporarily save a manager on costs and get them a nice bonus for a couple quarters, but the customers you lose will eventually catch up to you. The manager at this shop needs to make their employees consistently build pizzas with proper toppings and attention, or they need to GO. This isn't the first time we've had this problem with this particular location, but it will be the last. Too many other choices out there than to waste money...
