Shark's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

I have currently been waiting 45 min for chicken wings and I’ve watched the cook as well as the lady at the counter(who said I only work here to take the orders) leave the store. Cook came back and said he was shopping next door. It’s sad because the wings were not even fried fresh which is whats advertised. I also ordered fish which was made in about 7 min but I was expected to just take it cold and hard because the cook felt the need to “get fresh next door.” When will we do better for the people who patronize in the neighborhood that keeps your lights on, rent paid ,and salaries paid for the bad / rude customer service we receive. This is not the first time. I gave this a pass 3 times prior thinking it was just those staff members. So obviously when you say you are working to fix these issues the evidence ,based on this experience and others prior is lacking. There are never any managers or owners here. You put these businesses in our neighborhood receive profits but put forth no effort in running the business properly or putting back into the neighborhoods which help you feed your families. The workers don’t care because the owners must not. They would be here or put the right people in place to ensure these issues would have been fixed like the response I read to another review. But when your only in it for the money and we the people continue to except this lack luster behavior and treatment this is the continued result. Imagine how much more you could make with quality workers who cared about the business as much as the owners should. Okay I give it five stars and the reason why I give it five stars is that it was open on Christmas and the worker and the cook we're doing overtime to please the customer what I mean by that is I'm kind of picky and so I ordered the Italian beef I got fresh onions and green peppers But Here I Go can I please get some juice on the side to go yes I got it which is unusual because that's just how it is it's unusual it Chicago but this place aim to please and I was grateful it's located on 87th and Vincennes in the little Mall can't miss it it does have parking but it's a very small parking lot is basically a order to go place it's not a family sit-down it's not a place for children it's a order to go but food and customer service means a lot to me...

Came all the way from East of IN to get some food from my hometown but soon as I walk in the girl at the counter slumped with her hand propping her head up, looking at me with a stale face like I wasn’t supposed to be walking in after I said “hey, how you doing?” before placing my order.. so I simply just turned around and walked out because why would hire somebody with that kind of attitude? Why would you get a job at a place you don’t like being at? And you wonder why Harold’s down the block always packed because they show they appreciate their customers even when it’s busy, but that wasn’t even the case bc it was only 2 other girls waiting together when I came in smh depressing...
