Dudley's Garage - Restaurant & Bowling — Restaurant in Lakefield

We stopped out to try this restaurant on 09/11/2021. There were 7 in our party. Everyone loved the atmosphere. However, our waitress apparently had NO idea of what she was doing. My daughter and my niece ordered the pulled pork flatbread with no peppers and no onions and only a small amount of cilantro. My daughter got her meal with onion AND peppers and a lot of cilantro. Then the waitress brought out a pulled pork sandwich for my niece. When we told her that that was NOT what she had ordered she stated the my daughter had in fact received the item my niece was suppose to get... She even stated at one time that the kitchen read it wrong. Many of us ordered french fries as a side and even though they were cooked to perfection, they were cold and really over salted. We could not even eat them they were so salty. They did go back and take the pulled pork off her sandwich (they had ran out of pulled pork) and did make my niece a flatbread pizza. The very awkward thing was the whole table was all done eating and she had just got her food. Oh, and my husband and my bill alone was almost $50 - he had a hamburger and I had a chicken salad sandwich. Needless, to say we won't be going back. And to make things even worse the manager and waitresses were standing at the bowling alley counter as we walked out laughing about the mess up!! Not a favorable...

First time at Dudleys SUPER disappointed. We arrived and were told immediately that they were at max capacity and the wait was 15ish minutes.. no biggie, actually impressive. After this though it was all down hill from the confusion of where we were seated to the place we were sat was terrible! 2 adults and 2 children seated at a bar? Not much for family friendly if we had sat like that. FINALLY after talking to the bartender he got us a table outside, front table to the left INFESTED with flies. Bothered while we at, fell in our food and drinks. When asked for new water do to the flies the waitresses forgot.. When asked if they sprayed for flies her answer was yes but apparently it wore off.. YA THINK!? Long studstory short I'm sure the good would've tasted great had the infestation of flies not been the main course. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND WONT RECOMMEND UNTILL THE FLY...

I placed my order by phone to be picked up a couple hours later. I was told I had to pay for the order at that time so I gave the lady my debit card number. 3 orders were about $60. When my son went to pick it up at the requested time, no one knew anything about the order. My son called me and I repeated it and told him it was paid for. An hour and 15 minutes later our order was finally ready. They told him it wasn't paid and when he told them it was, they insisted it wasn't so he paid again, thinking it would get straightened out...he worked for the owners at another business. In spite of him showing the owner screenshots of the charge to my card...they refused to refund my money. They gave him a gift certificate. Truthfully...we had no intention of returning because the food was okay at best for the price. So we paid $120...
