Had a very horrible experience at the lakeland location. Got my food within 10 mins food was so cold and gross waited another 10 mins for my child's chicken tenders that was ordered at the same time while we waited for my child's food we asked for a manager which we were told was the person taking our order he came out behind the counter and got into an altercation with a family who was about to order cause they were agreeing with my family and I on how long we were waiting for chicken tenders he then replied to the other family that he was talking to me and to mind her business which was very unprofessional especially for him to be the so called "manager" I didn't even want to ask them to remake my food because the lady and her family that he was telling off said she'd take her business somewhere else cause she didn't want him spitting in her food which was what I was afraid of it was a waste of $60 and would of just liked our hard earned money back to be honest but ended up leaving hungry disappointed and pissed off. Another family that ordered after us had the same issue with their food they said it was so cold but they chanced it and sent their food back. Hoping the owners see this review honestly and give us our money back and get rid of the guy that claimed to be the "manager" cause the way he treated that lady and her family as well as ours was uncalled for honestly... EDIT** I did reach out on Facebook messenger and was messaging back in forth with a person who claims she is the owner Leanne and frankly she didn't care about how her manager treated us and the other 2 families in there (have screen shots) of how unprofessional she is in messages it wasn't all about waiting 10/15 mins more for my child's tenders we like to eat as a family as most do but food when it first came out was cold the same exact thing the other family was complaining about but it was the way you're "manager" handled the situation in front of my 2 young kids but hey if she's the "owner" and wants her restaurant ran like that in front of families and kids go for it I would of thought she would want to fix the issue and apologize and say hey let me refund you the money you spent my manger should of never talked like that to a customer esp in front of kids but nope just left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole...

So good to see a place like Crave open up in an underserved area! We visited on their opening day so we understood that it will take a little time to work out the kinks. There are many good things happening here so I encourage folks to check them out.

Let's start with the positives. The menu is diverse and enticing. With so many delicious choices, it will be hard to pick just one entree! Everything on it sounds good. The self serve drink wall is easy to use and figure out. I like having different ciders to try, and the ability to sample.

The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. There is an axe throwing section which we didn't try but it looks fun. The restaurant itself is located at a good location that needs some diverse dining options. It is apparent that the owners have put a lot of energy, time, and effort into this establishment.

Let's discuss some areas for improvement. I had ordered the Chicago hot dog entree which is two dogs and couple sides. These were pretty good, but we can't call them a Chicago dog. It's just not the right definition. The buns should be a steamed poppy seed bun, but these were too bready and neither toasted or steamed. The toppings were good but also not meeting the definition. The side of tots was disappointing...too few, too small, and too plain. Like something from the grocery store. I wouldn't order them again. Cole slaw was pretty tasty though, I would have appreciated a larger portion.

My wife ordered the BBQ sliders. The meat was really delicious; tender and tasty. The buns unfortunately were also too bready and not toasted. She just discarded the buns. Her french fries were also not cooked well, too bland and plain.

The drink wall prices vary by selection, so one must be mindful. Given the fact it is self serve, the prices were rather steep (can't justify $8 to $10 for a 12-oz pour). Still it was nice to be able to purchase samples.

I'll visit Crave again soon; wishing you all success in...

🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐ REVIEW: Crave Hotdogs and BBQ ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

I just had an amazing experience at Crave Hotdogs and BBQ, and I couldn't wait to share it with all of you! 🌭🍗🍟

From the moment we walked into the bustling restaurant, we knew we were in for something special. The menu had so many tempting options, and we were lucky to have the help of the lovely Mackenzie at the register. She guided us through our order with a smile and made us feel welcome right away. 👩‍🍳✨

I decided to try their chili cheese dog with a side of fries, and let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion! The dog itself was packed with deliciousness, and the bun was warm, slightly dense, and absolutely scrumptious. 🌭🍟😋

But that's not all! My hubby treated himself to some wings and tots, and he couldn't stop raving about them. The wings were seasoned to perfection, with just the right amount of crispiness. And let's not forget about the tots, they were the perfect sidekick to his meal. 🍗🍟🔥

One thing that really stood out to us was the "pour your own beer" wall. It was such a fun and interactive concept! We had the pleasure of having Evan explain how it all worked, and he did a fantastic job. We were delighted to see they offered choices from Swan Brewing and Keel and Curley, adding even more variety to our experience. 🍻🍺

To top it all off, we sat at the bar and got to witness people throwing axes! It was such a unique and entertaining sight. Even the guy running the ax area had an awesome sense of humor. We had an absolute blast and couldn't have asked for a better evening. 🪓🍻😄

Overall, Crave Hotdogs and BBQ exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was full of energy and fun. We're already planning our next visit because this place is simply irresistible. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, look no further! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. 🌭🍗🍟🪓🍻✨

The pork and brisket were cooked perfectly tender and good. The hot dogs were about average.
