their food is great, the atmosphere is pretty decent, but every time I order online, they never give me my banana. I can prove they are genuinely scamming me. if I can give the service of this place 0 stars, I would. I gave the food 5 stars, the atmosphere 4 stars, but the service dragged my whole review down to 1 star but i wish their was a 0 star option. give me my darn banana if I order it. It's not like they are overwhelmed with customers either because literally no one knows about this place. what I think (I know because I have ordered here about a million times asking for a banana which has been given to me once) is happening is they want free money and they are taking advantage of me and my niceness, but I'm not gonna let this scamming go on any further. give me my banana or take it off the darn menu. I had high expectations but was quickly let down. I came with 2 others and we weren’t greeted or spoken to despite the woman at the counter waiting for us to order. We ordered the same açaí bowls and were missing one of the toppings. Once we noticed and asked about it, we were told that if they have it then it’ll be on there but if they are out then it won’t be. With toppings being $1 each, we should have been informed of the missing topping and given an option for a different topping to choose from or the price should have been adjusted. We also ordered the avocado toast with shaved egg. The avocado mix tasted like store bought guacamole and didn’t taste authentic or fresh so neither of us finished it. Lastly, a $1 to go fee was added PER item purchased so take caution if ordering take out for numerous people.

The first time I came here I ordered inside and my açai bowl was really good. I liked it so much that I decided to order it to go. after driving 20 minutes to pick it up n 20 minutes to come back home the açai bowl only had two of the toppings and was missing three of the toppings from the description off of the website and inside the cafe. no one contacted me to let me know if the items were out of stock and that the bowl would not be as I expected. Even when I picked it up, nothing was said to me. Also, the café smells like chemicals like I can barely stand in there for more than two minutes. That’s why I order online. Both times I went there all I smell was cleaning chemicals.

Ordered to go a 2nd time and there were no goji berries in my bowl so two times i order its missing toppings. Also, the phone doesn’t work and you cannot call them. It also smelled like chemicals again...
