Subway — Restaurant in Lakeland

Didnt even end up completing my sandwich after only ordering bread with chicken...since the women Daniella was arguing and getting very loud with me. Daniella is an extremely disrespectful employee and not even in a subway uniform. She not only treated me like dirt under her feet but other customers as well. Yelled at me for reading the menu taped to the side of the glass with the calorie count and told me which sandwich i was getting. I then explained multiple times that wasn't the sandwich i wanted, i was building my own. She continued to belittle me infront of her staff memebers and other customers and then began to laugh at me. She acted as if i couldn't read the menu posted on subways sandwhich making area and honestly just made me very uncomfortable. Never had this problem with anyone but Daniella and can't believe other employees stood there and watched this. My boyfriend still ended completing his sandwhich after i had left the building and then she contined comments towards him about me and how she knows how to make my sandwhich but yet has never...

Its been about 7months from my last bad experience so I figure I would try again. I walked in this morning around 3:45am and asked to order a sub. The employee working, was wiping the bread oven and told me I had to wait, after about 5 minutes I asked him if he can please take my order so I can make it to work on time. He again said I had to wait and kept wiping the oven. Finally I asked him his name and then left, when he saw me walking out upset, then he said he can help me. I told him dont worry about it now. Its sad that companys have employees that dont care about good service. The oven could have waited, customer service should come first. I will again take my business somewhere else. The employee name is Chris. I hope management will discuss this with him, so they dont lose out on more customers...

Over the years businesses have tried to keep the prices down even when their cost goes up. Like candy bars there getting so small there going to have to re-name them just wait till Halloween, you'll see. But Subway never had a lot of meat in the first place but now there so skimpy it's rediculous. Next step will be a spray on meat flavor and a little 🥬 & 🍅 on puffy bread. Try Publix deli . There's no comparison . Publix will out do any national sub shop. If you can find a real old school sub shop you may also try them for a hearty grilled sub. Hey try this go to you favorite grocery store. Get a pound of pastrami, a 1/3 pound of Munster , some butter salt pepper and oregano one grill up a great sub at home . Don't forget mayo. Mustard.
