Taco Bus Plant City — Restaurant in Plant City

I’ve been coming to Taco Bus almost a month now. I was hooked on the seafood burrito. My first experience eating it was the phenomenal full of flavor and the seafood was cooked well and it was blackened. The girl who originally cooked it however is no longer employed there. After her leaving the company I gave the other girl a chance as from my first experience there she was working that night as well. I will say as of late every time I come and order the seafood burrito when she is working. The seafood is never cooked fully or blackened leaving me with an upset stomach for the next few days. I saw the manager there last night talking with the former employee who made my burrito and was the reason I gave Taco Bus a chance to begin with along with the current employee who doesn’t cook the seafood fully. I think the restaurant can and has the potential for me to rate it five stars because I do stop by shells to get gas and it’s convenient for me when I’m working late. I feel that she needs to be trained on how to cook seafood before it causes someone else food poisoning and...

Horror show, a truck stop from hell , I ordered to burrito special, fair price horrible food quality,,, Very alarming when served food all was cold , refrigerator cold... I touched the meat with my finger and it was cold not even Luke warm, the tortillas were cold... I did this in front of the cook, his response was to stick his finger in them... WOW .. Incredible, they gladly refunded my money,,, then there was the store clerk at another counter... scariest looking person.... not even close to being a store clerk ,, when he made change for my purchase put bills on counter and change on top of My Gatorade then pushed all aside to wait on next person,,, Skip bathrooms you will catch some kind of diseases..... First time getting food from them!!! My son, who was with me on this visit, had been telling me for several years how good the food was, he use to eat there when they were still only located in Tampa!!! I was not disappointed with the chicken taco salad!!! Even my 6yo granddaughter was impressed!!! She'll usually only eat taco's if they are homemade but she is ready to go back, already knows what she wants!!! The employee, sadly I can't remember her name, was very knowledgeable about the menu, answered any questions I had and the best part was everything we ordered was in the bag!!!
