This is the place to go to on Mondays. Their pizza is 45% off any large or xtra large pizza. Regardless of how many toppings you have. Whatever the bill is it’s 45%off. Great deal!!! Their pizza is good and their staff is extremely nice, polite and courteous. The atmosphere is cozy and I highly recommend going on Monday for there 45% off. Also you can also call for pick up and it’s still 45% off. I was just there last Monday and the pizza was flat and very skimpy. The staff seemed stressed out and I felt like there was a toxic environment. They’re usually great maybe something’s going on. Didn’t feel as welcomed and the staff didn’t seem too happy. Inconsistent pizza. Sometimes very full with cheese and ingredients other times seems like just crust very little cheese. Have a little crust with your pizza. So, do not get me wrong. The food here is great, a little pricey but very good. But I have had poor customer service. Refusal of orders. Now I have had my fair share in working in the food industry before and I understand refusing an order to unruly guests. However, I treat these employees with respect. In return, I have received young ladies whom are too busy paying attention to the gaggle around them, to not pay attention when I am giving them my address, or trying to say they do not have an item on the menu as I am looking at the menu in my hand or that their phone number that is use to call into the store to place a delivery is no longer accepted. Laureen was absolutely amazing! She took my order which was a complicated order, and she took all the special instructions down perfect. Not only did she offer other things for my brothers pregnant fiance, She was friendly, patient, upbeat, outgoing, and very professional. Unfortunately the one of the pizzas didn’t have extra cheese even though it was on the ticket. So it was definitely a kitchen error. I called back she answered the phone I wasn’t looking for anything free, but she still remade the for us and sent it over no charge!! That is the epitome of customer service! I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years and she handled the situation PERFECT!!!!! Kudos to Laureen!! Because of Laureen we will be ordering a lot more consistently....
