So giving this review hurts because Ruth Ann's is the one place I always look forward to every vacation! Prices are extreme for how small, runny, and mistakes that kept happening!! For my family of 4 it was always over 32 dollars each time. We went several times this past week trying to give them a chance to fix things but either flurries were runny or something was wrong each time! The new way to order and wait to pick up is a disaster, we would have 3 families behind us grabbing our order because of the set up! Seen it happen to others also several times! Prices are catastrophically absurd, however. Yes, you can drive about 20 minutes into town for cheaper ice cream, but for the convenience, it's fine.
