Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Lakeville

They used to put the cream cheese on the bagels. I always stop in on my way to work and eat my bagels in the car. Then one day they stopped putting the cream cheese on the bagels. I would always ask for them to put it on and they always did. Then I would always tip generously. I stopped in recently and asked that they put the cream cheese on the bagel so I could eat it on the way to work. The lady said no. They don’t do that. I don’t understand why you sell bagels but won’t spread the cream cheese for people. Might as well stop selling bagels. I spoke with a manager and her response was “they are keeping with the ways of other Caribou’s.” The funny part was she was the person on the food line making the food for customers. To make a customer happy she could have done this. I guess making bagels are hard for her and she would rather not spread the cream cheese. Such an easy way to make your customer happy and you can’t even do that. I will not be coming here anymore. There are a million other places that sell bagels and they never put the cream cheese on the side. They always put it right on the bagel. I will be more than happy to go there and have my bagel made the way...

1st time at this location, very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t up to my expectations. There were two customers ahead of me and the barista took their order. And when i came up the counter, the barista stated said she will be back to help me. I said, okay and thought if I could it order through my phone app faster it would save her the time taking my order over the counter and continue to finish all of ours drinks together. Completed my online order and went to find myself a seat. The first two customers got their drinks. I waited and waited. Some customers that came after me, had gotten their drinks before mine. One of the barista finally notice me when there customers were served, checked their system and said to the other barista, “how did we miss her drink”. After making my drink, no apologies just a “here is your drink”. I am sad to say I would not recommend ordering drinks through the app here or visit this location to my friends or family since their queuing...

The staff at Caribou Coffee is so great! The person who took our order was helpful in making suggestions and in helping us save a little money too (apparently, a Caramel Cooler is the same thing as a blended Caramel High Rise but a bit cheaper). He also chatted to us a little bit about our t-shirts and Lord of the Rings -- and we always appreciate anyone waving a geek flag.

The person behind the machine was quick and efficient, and when she handed us our drinks, she took a moment to wish us a nice day in spite of the line of drinks she had to make behind us. It was a nice gesture that is often lost at busy...
