Root Down Nutrition MN — Restaurant in Lakeville

I don’t even know where to start with this store “Root Down Nutrition”. Beyond annoyed when I went to the counter I was asked to type in my information. I just wanted to buy a smoothie, not be asked for my name. Some people just want in and out. Time consuming to do that. Herbalife is A MLM company and though I understand it is not a pyramid scheme, Herbalife has had numerous lawsuits against them for a lot of various reasons. Other thing, since when are people that promote a company “wellness coaches”. I don’t recall you are knowledgable about nutrition outside of Herbalife. Nobody owns a degree, the lady who owns this shop definitely does not. She wants business on selling products that someone can easily buy from a distributor and on top of that wants money to do the same job as the consumer. Pretty basic knowledge to read a food label- I don’t need help being a normal human being. Love the shakes and teas but wouldn’t go here as the people who own these businesses are people who can’t find a successful job outside of a job of 16 year old making drinks. Pretty sad actually. Don’t call a shake fat reducing when its got oreos on top. Yes I get the prolessa but the oreos just eliminate the purpose. And lastly, why should I leave a tip on a expensive drink anyway? At 51 years old I finally figured out that I need to drop some weight and be more healthy. I was looking for a healthy smoothie alternative and that's when I found root down. I've never really been a fruit person but I have to tell you, I'm addicted to their smoothies! I've even tried flavors that I never liked and now I can't get enough. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You feel welcome every time you come in. They have some really great deals on healthy drinks. I will be trying another flavor very soon. If I could give this place a hundred stars it...

I am so glad I decided to stop into Root Down Nutrition today! It was my first time there and Jes, the owner, walked me through everything. She made me a DELICIOUS and filling high-protein smoothie, but more than that, she took the time to talk to me and care about me as a customer. The environment is very clean, decorative, and fun, making it perfect for meeting up with friends or connecting to the local community. I HIGHLY recommend Root Down...
