If you allow someone to make a reservation online (including a 10$ non refundable convenience fee) for the upper level, maybe try having staff scheduled for that area first⌠I have sensory issues and wanted to bowl in a quieter area so we thought it would be a good idea to make the reservation prior to going to ensure that I could really enjoy my time. Upon arrival, we were told we had to bowl in the lower area which was packed, blasting mostly crappy music, and with a temperature akin to a sauna, I feel bad for the staff members who have to work in that environment. Aside from that issue, this establishment is extremely overpriced for what you get. Games are so over priced and flawed itâs actually laughable, especially when almost half of them are out of order/count double swipes and eat the credit without extending play time. The funniest thing I can recall is the claw machine I saw with rubber ducks that costs 6 credits to play ($1.50) when one of those rubber ducks costs no more than a few cents both to produce and purchase originally. Food and drinks were pretty average (but not bad) for an over $80 tab for ~4 drinks and one appetizer plate⌠The bowling was actually the worst part in my opinion. We constantly had issues with the pins not being set up properly and the score not being registered, and when we were fed up, we finally we called for service, it took no less than 7-8 minutes, but the issue was resolved. All in all, we are innate people pleasers who donât usually complain about anything, but that was an incredibly underwhelming night of bowling for a grand total of⌠$200 somehow? Most of the issues I stated are purely the fault of managerial team/corporate to make sure that the facilities are up to par, and I would really check out those lane issues. We bore the cost and learned our lesson. If you have the money to burn and time to waste in this economy, stop by I guess. But those bathrooms sure...

We recently booked High 5 for a church outing for our Middle School students (42 people total). When we arrived, we were led upstairs to a space specifically set aside for us. Our pizza and drinks were ready and waiting for us, the name of our church was written across the screens of our bowling lanes, and there was someone there ready to deal with any problems that came up. It was a dream. My associates and I who frequently do outings at Main Event, Austin's Park and Pizza, Blazer Tag, etc. couldn't stop talking to each other about how smoothly everything was run, how friendly the workers were and how easy it was for our students.
For our group outing we received an hour of bowling, a game of Laser Tag, and an hour of unlimited play at the arcade - as well as the aforementioned pizza and unlimited soda. It was the perfect way to spend 2.5-3 hours. Consistent action so no one got bored and everyone was together for at least the first hour or hour and a half.
The idea to get an "unlimited" play card for an hour at the arcade instead of, say, how Main Event will give you a card worth $10 of play was awesome for middle school students. At Main Event they would run through that money in 10 minutes, playing games to try to max out their tickets and then they would either sit around and complain or spend a lot of their own money to bump their cards up and win prizes. This way, our kids kept going around and playing games together that encouraged interaction - racing games against each other or basketball or air hockey.
From start to finish (other than Google Maps making it hard to find it quickly) our experience was amazing and the customer service was outstanding. We have already talked about how we will back here before we will go to any of those other places again. ...
Read moreThis whole experience was not at all worth the effort or money. Worst of all, when I sent a very empathetic follow up to the owner, Jenny Emley, it was ignored, even after a attempts to follow up. The issues: Communication with three different coordinators - was told that the original was in the hospital, then that she quit unexpectedly Was never provided an updated or final event order so went in blind as to what it would actually cost Room was not ready when we arrived No Balloon Bouquet as paid for bc of a "lack of helium" but no alternatives provided Coordinator was not aware of what was part of our event order Game Cards and lanyards not ready - once given, some were not loaded with points for kids Was told that the kids would be in the party room from 2-3:30pm until laser tag - not an option for 6/7 year olds so I came up with a schedule and worked around when food would be ready No organization to get kids back into room when pizza was served or laser tag started Kids only given 1 round of laser tag when 2 were part of the package My sonâs card didnât seem to be loaded with 750 tickets paid for but the whole thing was so chaotic that I have no way of knowing if it was or wasnât
If you are looking for a low-stress, positive experience, look elsewhere as there are much better options with great customer service and owners who actually care enough to follow up when a customer who has paid nearly $1000 for a party shares...
