Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Lampasas

My wife and I, an interracial couple, visited this location and placed our order after a short wait in line. Orders placed before and after ours were delivered in a timely manner, but after waiting more than 20 minutes, we had still not received our food.

Another employee eventually checked and found that our order had never been submitted to the kitchen. We were told this was due to a recurring system error, though it did not affect other customers. She apologized, explained the situation, and offered a coupon. After waiting further, we finally received our order.

While the employee who resolved the issue was helpful, we did not receive an apology from the manager or the staff member who originally took our order. The experience was frustrating due to the delay and lack of...

We went a week ago and it was great, tonight we ordered online and picked up and got home. The bowls themselves were fine, one side was wrong and another was completely missing along with the yumyum sauce. Honestly I was just going to let the sauce thing go because it was only an extra 2 dollars, but once I realized the sides were messed up or wrong I was just pretty upset because we paid extra for all of it.

Not bad… BUT! Worth stopping by once. Compared to Panda Express (with Panda 7/10) I would give TM a 6/10. Service was great. Food flavor was less than Panda. Value for price less than Panda.

Compared to Mei Yuan (9/10) they are not even in the same category. Mei Yuan prices are the same if not cheaper. Portions sizes are 2x larger at Mei Yaun. Mei Yuan is made fresh and not “fast food”.
