Big Belly Pizza Company — Restaurant in Lancaster

Big Belly is the best pizza in Lancaster. It's affordable and always consistent. The staff are always nice and are quick to fix mistakes, which there has only been one that I have experienced. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never been disappointed.

UPDATE: the last 4 times I've gone there they have gotten something in the order wrong. The first time they got the pizza wrong and I sat in the lobby for an extra 15 minutes while I had a bunch of people at my house. The second time they forgot the salad and I had to drive back to pick it up, for it was paid for. The third time they sent a 6 piece wing when I paid for 12. This time they put ranch dressing in the Cesar Salad instead of cesar dressing. I'm getting tired of driving back every time my order is wrong. I'll continue to go here only because the pizza is good and it's less than a mile from my house. But their staff needs to start paying attention to fill the orders correctly. From now on I'm going to double check my entire order in store and treat them as incompetent as they seem...

Big Belly has changed...the pizza doesn't have the tasty crust and generous toppings anymore. I ordered sausage, Canadian bacon, and meatball toppings with a garlic sauce. They have a thin overcooked crust (like a saltine cracker) coated heavily with grease or oil; the sausage looks like dog kibble; the meatball slices look like crumbs. And if you want Canadian bacon...there was only about one piece on each slice. Sorry, but this is the second time this has happened, so you have lost my trust and my Google Stars. It isn't the same food at your shop which is a shame. The crust is so chewy and rubbery even though it is thin... It used to be the best! I'll be getting my quality pizza from the "Home of the Brave" from now on. So...

Sent my son to pick up our order. When my son got home I noticed that was not our correct order. I called big belly and they insisted I bring back the wrong order so they can give me the correct order. Well, I took it back and they put it back on top of the oven to give to the person who ordered it, and they gave me my correct order. No apology from the “manager” or so called “owner.” I found it disgusting and disturbing that they were willing to take back food that has been out of their site and give to the next person. I spoke to the “owner” who told me this was their policy.

Don’t expect this place to make it right for THEIR mistake! They don’t give a hoot about customer service. This is the last time I spend my hard...
