Beware!!! I was very disappointed. I had read good reviews and decided to purchase a cake here but it was not what I had ask. First they charge me $195 for this cake because it was supposed to be all fondant but to my surprise just the pink line and bows were made of that. Everything else was NOT. When I took it out the box it got a scratch which if it were fondant this wouldn't of happen. Second, I asked for red velvet with cream cheese and fresh strawberries but it had NO STRAWBERRIES!!!!! Third the name on it was spell wrong. My husband just said to not call them to ask for a refund but I will definitely be not coming back. I would have just gone to a supermarket for the same and much less.

Update: EVERYTHING IS SO YUMMY!! the cupcakes are awesome, the ice cream is fantastic, and there's lots more to try. Good prices & great service. I only wish their evening hours were a bit more extended now that it will be warm & sunny soon for longer. I checked them out during the soft opening, the lady at the counter was very nice and informative. They're not fully stocked with their regular treats just yet, but had a good selection of macarons, cupcakes, and other pastry treats. I'm excited they're on the cusp of opening fully and can't wait to have a treat shop so close to home!

We purchased a cake for my daughter’s birthday here. The staff was very easy to work with and did everything to make our vision for the cake come to life. The shop also has a variety of other treats available. From cupcakes and ice cream and even macaroons. The treats taste amazing. Very high quality ingredients are used. The cupcakes are the best I’ve had. I don’t know how they make the icing so good. It’s so smooth and flavorful without being overly sweet. I would highly recommend this bakery.

I am completely disenchanted with my over all experience! First of all they do not return calls. I personally went into their location on 9/11/18 and met with Liz. I was given pricing for cake pops, macaroons and a 6 inch round cake. I said I would like to place the order. Liz informed me she would have to call me back, didn't understand why but she said it had to be approved. You're a bake shop what needs to be approved? When I also was placing the order, I explained the wedding is on 10/12/18 and would like to pick up on that day but may need to pick up a day earlier. Liz said no problem. I even informed her I may not know til the week before and she said that would not be an issue. Well, it took four days to even hear from them about my order. Once I received the call to say they can accommodate my order, the price that was given was not what I was charged. I complained but whatever, I paid for my order and it has been paid in full. I now called today, 10/4/18 to let them know we would be picking up on the 12th. Would you know I can't, they said it has to be on the 11th. So, I gave you an extra day and you can not accommodate? Jenny the lady I spoke with said she needed to speak with the manger (again we have to call you back) and would call me in 5min. Never heard back from her, I called and hour later to inquire and she said the manager would call me in am. I said why couldn't you have called me to inform me of this? (that would of been good customer service but Jenny said she was too busy...are you kidding me!) This was one of my complaints, lack of returning calls and not being accommodating to the customer. I have asked for a refund but of course I need to manager to call me. I seriously doubt I even get a call in the am. This is for my son's wedding. They could care less. Clearly they can not handle the business and have no flexibility. I would not recommend unless they somehow can accommodate me, hopefully I will know tomorrow. They seem very unorganized. If you place an order, make sure everything is noted and do not let Liz give you a verbal that everything is fine. My friend was with me when I first went to their location and witnessed Liz stating I could call them the week before with which date I would be picking up the order. She will also follow up with a review. I will write a follow up with how this plays out, but until then, I barely give...

My mother in law spent $50 on my bday cake from here, they put a lot of effort into the decorations, the cake looked beautiful except they made a very plain vanilla cake when it was supposed to be strawberry champagne. I was so disappointed, I live an hr away too and off course found out after I got home. My mother in law was livid, she sat down with them and saw them write all the details for the cake, even paying extra, just so they can mess it up, we are very unimpressed.

Update: So my mother in law called them about it and they said they would figure out what happened and call her back, as if that mattered, what was done was done, they did not offer to make the correct cake free of charge or give her a partial refund, this was over a week ago and they never called back. So unprofessional, they must have just pulled out a frozen cake and decorated it, not paying any attention to make a $50 order correct. If I wanted to get a plain vanilla cake, I would have bought one from Wal Mart for less than $20 or better yet make one from a box. This establishment supposedly has so many unique cake flavors, I really doubt that now. Don't risk going here. If the decorations were wrong I would only have docked 1 star, maybe 2 depending on the extend. The point is, we didnt want a cake just to look pretty, we wanted a specific flavor that you can't just find anywhere but got the most basic flavor despite it being an expensive order. If I could give zero stars I would, the cake looked nice but it really didn't matter, it was a huge deception. I would have changed this review if they made some kind if effort to remedy it but they obviously don't care or have any respect for their customers. Sinful treats is a very accurate name for this type of...

We've been here a handful of times. Some things are good, some are just okay. My main complaint is absolutely no prices are listed! Well, I think macaron and cupcakes prices are listed, but that's it. And when you ask, the person working (it's been the same lady every time we go) says, I don't remember off the top of my head and gives us a somewhat vague ball park estimate. As a consumer, it's so annoying! When I asked about it, she said inventory changes daily and so does pricing. When she rang us up, the price is in the iPad. I then said, it would be helpful if you had a paper copy of prices you could reference when customers ask so you don't have to look it up on the iPad. She then says, but then we'd have to print a new one every day. I then say, yeah and...? She then stopped talking to me, which came across as pretty rude. I'm guessing she was annoyed because this probably comes up a lot from customers. As a consumer, why would I want to come to a store and not be informed about prices until I pay for it??? It's so weird. I guess it would take more effort on their part, but that's kind of what you need to do when you own a business, right? It's very off putting as a consumer. And the item purchased which she said was around $4 was actually $5.65. Not sure I want to go back, honestly. Which is a bummer because I want to support small businesses, but it was just a very off putting experience. I walked out feeling irritated and not...
