Derby Ice Cream — Restaurant in Lancaster

Stopped in on day of riding through SC. Located in an older strip mall with a busy laundromat. Shop was full of trinkets, drinks, other snacks. The ice cream was standard Hersey's. The best part though was the woman working there who I had a lovely conversation with while she was preparing my cone, ringing me up and making sure I would have somewhere to site. It may not look like much on the outside, but a nice little shop to visit...

I pulled in at the drive thru and had 1 scoop of butter pecan in a Waffle cone. Waffle come was huge. I should have gotten 2 scoops. The ice cream was rather soft. I had to eat it quickly because it started to melt/ drip 3 secs after he handed it to me. All together the ice cream was tasty. Not enough pecans though. I will go back and try...

Wonderful customer service a pleasant place to do your Laundry I don't go there that often but when I'm there the staff at The Laundrymat...
