KFC — Restaurant in South Carolina

The employees that i encountered were rude and I and borderline snobby. I was in the establishment to fill out a job application after seeing a full page ad in the back of the newspaper. Even the manager that was second in charge was far from polite herself as fun turning in my application she looked at me as though I was ignorant and went right back to the conversation she was having with 2 off the clock employees. Afterwords I walked to the front counter and ask if the hiring manager was still in and I would like to speak to her. In which I was told yes they are here but she "probably" wouldn't speak to me because she has a lot going on. From my knowledge of working at a KFC before I fully understand that they as managers can become busy but would never declined to speak with someone because they didn't have time they would at least ask if you could come back and talk to them which I did not even get diverted to speak with them or anything even remotely close to that. There was one young lady that came to assist me before I left because I chose to order some food before I left and she was very polite and had a smile on her face, the most welcoming face I've seen in that building that day. But she was quickly shoed away so the other lady could again turn me away from speaking with the manager. Afterword she did take my order, I got my food and went on about my business. I will not return to this establishment to order food...

I'm writing this as I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting on my order for the second time. Ordered 2 $20 meal deals in drive thru, and the woman didn't even ask me which original or crispy. I thought about it after being pulled around the store to wait so I jumped out to go in to tell them I needed original because my mother can't eat crispy. When I asked about it the woman apparently acting like a manager 🙄 she said to her counter woman that I would get whatever she gave me. So I went back out to my truck to wait on my food to come out, low and behold they were ex crispy, and I didn't even get my order of hot wings. Wow great job KFC employees I've actually worked at this store before they removed the buffet and the employees at that time didn't act like our customers was bothering us by ordering their food. This will definitely be the last time I come to this location ever again. Honestly so glad I live in...

I have eaten at the KFC on the bypass, and it is horrible, but this site is great! I ate here for lunch, and the service was quick, friendly, and accurate. The one on the bypass needs to take some lessons. I don't know how that one is still in business. That one has people working there with nasty attitudes. For my visit to this site, I give it 5 stars and will be back. The other site needs to learn that customer return is what provides them with pay raises when the business is profitable.
