Mi Ranchito Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lancaster

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I told them NO CHEESE on my food ( my boyfriend is allergic) for the SECOND TIME THIS WEEK & for the Second time ONCE AGAIN They put cheese. I called to see if they can remake my order & they told me no , not without the food even though I have my receipt. I told them I had to throw it away because there was cheese on it & my boyfriend’s allergic they did not care & refused to remake our order because of their mistake . & the first time going this week they did not hand me a receipt so they said I wasn't able to get my food remade because “ I had no receipt & they didn't Know if I got the food from a different location & brought it here to get remade so they couldn’t take the food without receipt “ BUT THEY NEVER HANDED ME A RECEIPT TO BEGAN WITH . As this place being my #1 biggest 🤰🏼 craving , sadly Ill NEVER go...

Okay. We purchased 2-burritos and 3-tacos. Both burritos were wrapped very loose. The inside of the burritos were so watery they fell apart before we could attempt to eat them. When we did consume, it was bland/saltless. Again, the filling was super wet. The meat looked to be a mix of prepared chicken and canned chicken. Very bland. Both burritos went into the trash, uneatable. The tacos were basically the same. The tortillas seemed very cheap, and the onions were definitely old. This is coming from my chef wife. The tacos also found their way into the trash. Overall this was a 30 plus dollar meal that ultimately fed nobody.

We would strongly advise to avoid this brand of restaurants until they have some sort of menu and kitchen overhaul.

How can you make Mexican food without flavor? This place...

I paid $8 for an asada burrito that was smaller than taco bells bean and cheese burrito. As you can tell by the photo….Wheres the carne asada?!?! They filled up my soggy tortilla with rice and 4 pieces of cilantro. The menu says Asada burrito with rice, beans, onion, cilantro and salsa…. Wheres my carne?? Wheres my beans????

They also mixed up all my burritos wrote the wrong names on all of them , why even bother writing it down on the foil if your not gonna write it down correctly?

The carnitas burrito was in block form, never seen that before, normally its shredded and juicy(at other locations) this was cubed and drier than my hair after being bleached for two hours.

Not to mention the enchiladas, cheese was not melted and the red sauce on it looked like tomato paste mixed with...
