Taco Casa — Restaurant in Lancaster

I usually frequent the Taco Casa off of Wheatland which is actually further away from where I am, but I pass by that location more frequent. However, on this day, I decided to go up the street since my kids wanted Tacos. I’ve been here before when they first opened but that experience was weird during Covid. So I decided to check em out again and instead of going in like I normally do, I went through the drive-thru. INSTANTANEOUSLY, “UM YEAH! PLACE YOUR ORDER!” I hadn’t even had a chance to glance at the menu yet! So I go, “Yes! Give me a second please so that I can look at the menu…” I almost ended that sentence with a “B”. So as I am looking at the menu, hear smacking and then a heavy exhale of breath as if she’s getting irritated because I am trying to see the menu. So I asked for the bundle, half crunchy and half soft tacos. Which is under $24.. But when I added sour cream to 3 of the tacos, the bill came to $36! How does 3 squirts of sour cream take it to nearly a 50% increase??? I drove to the window, ready to pay was then told that an error was made and the sour cream wasn’t added???? The total THEN became $39. I paid it because we were hungry. When we got home, this goofy added sour cream to everything… So she didn’t even get the order right. I tell ya what though, WE WILL NOT GO TO THIS...

I came from another city to get these tacos and a Burrito and said No sour cream and No red sauce (taste horrible) BTW. I also asked Instead of The Red Sauce to put the Nachos cheese sauce on it. I get back allll the way to my city and open to eat and There goes A BIG Dry Burrito No cheese sauce 👀 So I drive allll the way back to Lancaster and pull back thru drive thru. Let the girl know the issue and she talking back and forth to the girl that was making the food who stayed (she saidshedon'tmakeher Burrito that way) but you can get it on the side. She put the Nachos cheese on the inside of the Burrito which I couldn't tell.👀 and wouldn't do it either, SO I was sooo disappointed and shocked it the repeated reply I told them to Go ahead and KEEP MY $10 & change they charged me and drove off. Lesson Learned PLUS their 🌮 shells and chips Always be Stale to me. They act like they are penny pinching and the customer service experience is Real Getto. Horrible customer service!! I sat in the drive thru for over 40 minutes!!! Watched them make several people’s orders that came inside the store and paid while I was at the window. Finally asked them what the wait was and they said they still have to make one more super salad…. They have one made sitting on the counter so this super salad been sitting here the whole 30 minutes and you still haven’t made another one but you want to serve me this? So one is fresh and one is soggy?? No ma’am refund me now! Then Gives me a receipt that says 0.00 paid and no card number on it we will see in the morning if my money is back in the bank.
