Bianco Gelato Tampa — Restaurant in Land O' Lakes

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had at Bianco on December 24th, Christmas Eve.

During my visit, I encountered an issue with my coffee, which I felt was watered down. When I kindly requested to have it redone, I was met with an unexpected and distressing response from one of your employees. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, the employee raised their voice and instructed me to shop elsewhere, specifically suggesting I go to Starbucks, all in a very rude tone.

I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. This interaction left me feeling disheartened and unvalued as a customer.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that future interactions at Bianco can reflect the high standards of customer service that I know your establishment strives to uphold.

My experience here was definitely good—I had the best gelato/smoothie I have ever tasted. I usually prefer strawberry banana (they were out of banana), so I went with their strawberry lemon and vanilla smoothie and was not disappointed at all.

They seemed short staffed and only one other family walked in to view the menu and back out. There was an older lady and she was very accommodating to my preferences and kind. My boyfriend also tried the remaining amount of the smoothie left over from the blender and loved it just as much as myself! I wish we had a gelato place local to where I live.

I popped into the location at Tampa Premium Outlets looking for a quick snack, and was nicely surprised at the cleanliness as well as attentive staff. There were no prices listen on the signs, but everything else is displayed well. I ordered the Humble smoothie that is a mix of coconut gelato, mango sorbet and a banana, while a bit small for the $9.00 price point, it was delicious and I could really taste the coconut.
