Paco's Pinchos — Restaurant in Land O' Lakes

First, let me say their grill master is more than they deserve. He is a hard worker and knows what he is doing. He is polite, well mannered and is the heart of the establishment.

It is evident the owner/ management have not provided him with what he needs to be quicker and more efficient.

I ordered 3 pork pinchos, French fries and 2 Sodas(about $28). There were only 4 customers ahead of me. It took this place 53 minutes to fulfill my order and an order placed after mine was fulfilled 9 minutes before mine. The food was about average for a Pincho place, the high point was the grilling of the pork as it was smokey and juicey. The seasoning was a bit bland and it was evident the used a plain Kraft Bulleyes sauce, not a altered pincho bbq sauce.

The grill master was also the food runner and cleaning the tables. I 100% blame management for a lack of equipment (small grill and small space), staff and organization. Although I think the cashier should be doing the food running.

If this were in Puerto Rico, this place would be out of business in a month. It does bring that memory of home back a bit but it does not make me want to...

We stopped in last night on a whim 30 minutes before closing after randomly finding them in google. They were out of quite a bit by the time we got there, so we both had the carne frita with tostones and they were absolute perfection. They don’t skimp you. Well worth the price for the amount of food. The meal came with 5 jumbo tostones and the juiciest, flavorful fried pork chunks. Bring Puerto Rican, I’m very picky and I was blown away by how good it was. My only recommendation is to provide a larger size of the mayoketchup for the amount of tostones and some lime for the pork would have...

We arrived tired and hungry, they just closed down and said they shit off the grills and were passing out the last of the food. I understood, and as I was about to leave with my girlfriend he offered me the pinchos he was going to bring home to eat with uis family.
