This epic tale begins with a hungry hungry girl (me) who awoke with one singular mission: Get. That. Cane’s. Sauce. I leap into action, hunger guiding my every move. I zoom over to the promised land — Raising Cane’s — and behold! The line? Practically non-existent. The universe was aligning. Destiny was near.
I order with surgical precision: 4 tenders. 1 Cane’s sauce. No toast, no coleslaw — just pure, unadulterated chicken magic. I’m not here to make friends, I’m here to dunk crispy tenders into that liquid gold and ascend. I pay my $8 like a responsible adult and scurry home, clutching my prize.
I get home. I sit. I breathe. I open the box, ready to feast.
And then… tragedy.
There were only 3 tenders staring back at me. Three. Uno, dos, heartbreak.
I blink. I check in the bag in case it was misplaced. I shake the box like maybe one tender is playing hide and seek. Nothing. The math isn't mathing. My soul leaves my body.
Did I order wrong? No. Did I hallucinate the fourth tender in a fit of sauce-induced euphoria? Maybe. But the receipt confirms it: I was robbed.
I eat my 3 tenders in somber silence. They were juicy, golden, delicious — tiny angels of flavor sent to tease my taste buds and remind me of what could’ve been. And now, 3 hours later, I sit here still thinking about the one that got away… that $2 tender.
Cane’s, I still love you. But...
Read moreI came to this location at 12:06 at night on April 8th. I come to this one fairly often. I always order a 3 finger with 2 extra bread. So we did that and the employee read it back like usual we went and payed got the bag and drove away but i noticed they didnt give me the bread so I came back and asked for it. They said we got extra sauce instead so i offered it back and asked for the bread i ordered. Then the manager a youngish darker skinned woman ( she didnt give me her name I would put it), said ok it will be 3 dollars so i said ok. But take of the 60 cents for the difference of the two canes sauce you charged me and she got annoyed and slammed the window then came back a minute later saying “ nevermind how about you listen correctly next time ( even though i did and the young man over the drive through read it back to me as with two extra bread) and gave me the bread and then slammed the window again becore i could ask for a corporate number. She was very rude and disrespectful in attitude and I will no longer go this canes. Ruined my whole night because why am i getting talked to that way when all i did was ask for the thing i ordered pay the amount i...
Read moreI guess to properly explain my experience at Rasing Cane's today it would have to be in categories. The Service. The Service I received at this establishment was top notch. Everyone was very helpful and polite, from the lovely young lady that took my order to the gentleman that gave my order . They were all very helpful. The Atmosphere. Since I went thru the Drive thru I really didn't get to experience the Atmosphere very much but what I could tell it was very nice. The Food. Well here is where things took a bad turn the only good thing is that it wasn't cold it was nice and hot when I received it but the tenders were small the fries had way too much salt the bread was soggy and the breading was coming off of the tenders. The cold slaw was good. The sauce was great. I guess I went in with high expectations because I have heard such great things from Rasing Cane's. I just I will have to calk it up to "been there tried that". For the money I paid it's not worth it to me. I don't think I will be coming back. That's just my opinion. I...
