We got our kids some food & spent over &70. My daughter’s burger had pink in it. We didn’t ask for a medium well burger. The burger was inconsistent . We will never be coming back . It’s crazy my husband & I came a few weeks back & the nuggets wasn’t all that but I figured maybe it wasn’t for me but for my daughter burger to have pink in it drew it for us. Hopefully nobody else receives a pink burger they didn’t ask for . My kids loved the shakes though.
Let me update this particular review… so I did reach out to the hospitality team and they did get back in contact with me. So they suggested to make it right and offers me $15.00 off my next order.. what??? Are y’all serious? We don’t have plans on coming back that’s the point . What is $15 going to do being the fact that we spent over $ 70 . We have a big family so when we go somewhere we are spending. Our money is valuable. We expect to get what we paid for not what an establishment wants to offer us. If a customer is not happy you do your best to fix the problem. The fact that this place is new in the area baffles me. This place doesn’t care to make the customers happy . My daughter’s burger wasn’t cooked throughly. We didn’t pay for a half cooked burger. We didn’t get what we paid for. Even though we felt they were pricey we still gave them another chance. Our children weren’t satisfied and we will never come back. Please do yourself a favor and read these reviews. They are accurate. I just hope this doesn’t happen to others as this has happened to me...
Read moreI don’t say this lightly: my recent visit to Shake Shack was nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for a meal that delivers both bold flavor and indulgent satisfaction, look no further.
I ordered the SmokeShack burger, and it completely blew me away. The juicy Angus beef patty was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and seared with that signature Shake Shack crust. But the real star was the combination of the smoky bacon and the cherry pepper relish. The bacon added a savory crunch, while the peppers gave just the right kick of heat and tang to cut through the richness. Topped with gooey melted cheese and that famous ShackSauce, every bite was layered with flavor. It’s the kind of burger you remember.
To pair with it, I went all-in and tried the Banana Pudding Shake, and wow—what a dessert. It’s rich and creamy, with a velvety texture that blends real banana flavor with the nostalgic taste of vanilla wafers and pudding. Not overly sweet, just beautifully balanced and surprisingly light for something so decadent. It tasted like summer in a cup.
From start to finish, this meal hit every mark. Great service, fast prep, and most importantly, flavors that deliver. Shake Shack, you’ve got me hooked. I’ll definitely be back for round two.
Also, there was an extremely nice and helpful employee who I believes name was Yana. She...
Read moreWe decided to try this place tonight, despite reading the reviews. We wanted to give it an honest shot. To be very fair.... you get the same quality burger at Steak and Shake and pay a heck of a lot less. Husband got a double cheeseburger, I tried their regular chicken sandwich, we got an order of cheese fries and each had a small soda. For the two of us it was over $30. The chicken sandwich tasted fairly nice, but the size of the patty was just slightly bigger than a large chicken nuggets. The burger was very "meh". Buns were cold and the burger was just warm. The cheese fries were absolutely awful. In the UK, they have a super cheap, low quality brand called "yellow pack"..... these fries were that... awful. The cheese sauce... and indescribable taste, and not anything nice. The place is extremely loud and the tablet-only ordering is kind of a pain, especially if you want to pay with cash. We gave it an honest try but won't be back. There is a much better burger and better value at McDonalds with a quarter...
