I want to start this review off by saying the customer service recieved was beyond remarkable, this gracious single star is only due to the fact that our waitress was very much deserving 6 out of 5. HOWEVER, Managment made our visit a very much unenjoyable experience for a mothers day dinner. We sat down, ordered, and 2 of our 3 meals ordered had come out. The waitress had checked in and made sure everything was going okay multiple times... 45 minutes pass and still the 3rd dish (the euphoria roll) had not made its appearance to the table. Our waitress then goes to the the sushi chef and complains about the wait we've experienced, then comes back to the table explaining how they had fell behind schedule due to the kitchen getting busy with call in/carry out orders and they chose to push those orders through BEFORE the dine ins. As a customer we understand that at times it's inevitable to have a busy kitchen, I myself work in the service industry and know how difficult that can be. The disturbance of the matter is that the waitress had brought this inconvenience up to managements attention and tried to get this dish off of our ticket since it took over an hour for 6 pieces of shushi.... but when she finally came back with our bill, managment had denied her request and gave us only $5off, not even half off for OVER an hours time worth of a wait.
The waitress apologized that she couldn't get the whole item removed and offered to pay for the remaining balance of my meal out of HER OWN pocket to make up for the inconvenience....
This not only shows how disrespectful management is, but also shows how they don't value the time of their customers AND how greedy of a company they are not to take care of dine in customers as priority and would allow an employee to salvage their own paycheck to save the name of...

I was there by myself and a little later in the evening so I thought I would just go order a hibachi combo from the kitchen. I was expecting the same quality and flavor that I had come to expect from The hibachi grill, boy was I let down. I ordered the steak and shrimp combo which is what I normally order from The hibachi. When it arrived it looked good but that's about it. There was standing oil on the plate, the vegetables were swimming in some sort of unrecognizable sauce. The fried rice was so bland that it was inedible and the shrimp was so overcooked that it was rubbery. The only good thing I could say about my entire dining experience is that the service was pretty good and the steak wasn't bad it wasn't great but it wasn't bad. That was without a doubt the absolute worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. For $26.75 it left a bad taste in my mouth all around. I might go back and eat at The hibachi grill but I will never order anything out of that kitchen again, Ever!!! The only reason the food got a one-star is because you can't leave less than one. Read moreWent to get sushi since Stix was too busy. Because of the disorganized staff and the fact they dont take names, we got skipped over while waiting to be seated. We waited 30 mins for seating. Finally getting seated, we had to wait for our drinks which wasn't too long but we also ordered a plate of calamari. They gave us a total of 9 pieces of calamari for $8. When asked if they could send this back, we got denied but it was comped out. After this though, despite being polite about not wanting the food, the waitress proceeded to ignore our table for the next hour while we waited for our sushi. No drink refills, no checking up on us, not even taking our finished dishes from the soup and salad (which got brought out shortly after calamari). After she brought our food she tried to quickly leave our table before we mentioned we needed our drinks refilled still. She had been around every surrounding table multiple times and actively avoided us. The little times we were spoken to was done quickly and with attitude. Management and employees are petty and rude.
