Culver’s — Restaurant in Leavenworth

I will never visit this location or recommend anyone else to. Instead of saving a second card transaction they were more worried about .38 instead of being time efficient or keeping customers satisfied. I did let the 6+ staff standing around talking at the register know that I would be leaving a review over gravy. I ordered chicken tenders with gravy for dipping sauce the chicken was barely room temperature and the little cup of gravy was a quarter full literally enough for one and a half tenders. I went inside to ask for a little bit more gravy and the girl ran to her manager and I was told that’s all they give…after having to run back outside to get my card as we had went through the drive thru.. I was charged .38 cents on my card in a complete separate transaction. Driving to Lawrence or Legends is totally worth the better customer experience! Not to mention that I had to wait 10 minutes for her to package the gravy and walk around the counter to put it in a bag oh and ask if I wanted a receipt then peel a sticker to put another receipt on the bag to hand it to me. By the time I got back to my truck food was cold, ice cream was melted, onion rings way overcooked and I had to use a card for .38 cents! Most places would be more worried about keeping customers but not this location! I did get a photo but this is no option to upload it....

I just drove through to place a very simple order of a concrete mixer. I pulled through to wait, with only 1 car in front of me. The lunch rush was over, so it was not busy. I noticed the car in front of me, and every car that pulled up behind me over the course of ten minutes had pulled in, received their food (to include ice cream), and left. After waiting for ten minutes, I became concerned at where my mixer was. I walked in. I asked the women working about my order, since everyone behind me received ice cream. They looked at each other, looked by the ice cream, and there was my order sitting there. It was created, then left unattended and unfilled. They gave it to me, with no apology or explanation on what the issue was. So now my ice cream has been sitting on their counter for probably over ten minutes while I waited in my car. It is melted and goopy. Who knows if they would have noticed it if I had not walked in, and I could still be sitting there in the queue, while more orders after mine were being filled. I appreciated the military discount, but saving 40 cents was not worth losing 20 minutes of my day, and leaving my vehicle for a drive thru order. Not for a...

First time visit and it will be the last. My partner wanted to support this new Culver's location. I ordered two Chicken Tenders, a Spicy Chicken sandwich (with only onions, pickles and mustard) and a Strawberry Cheesecake Custard. Right away we could tell the customer service was lacking. Although the restaurant was not busy, it took roughly thirty minutes to receive our small order. The top that normally come on the frozen custard has a hole in it therefore, we requested a top that did not have a hole in it (a regular drink top). Customer service really made a big deal about providing a closed top. Pretty sure a lot of people do not want their food or drinks open and exposed to elements. My tenders tasted half done almost like they were cooked in the same grease as fish. My chicken sandwich was limp and the bread was hard. Furthermore, my "frozen" custard was not frozen. It had the consistency of a warm milkshake. During our visit, numerous people were coming up to the counter reporting issues with their food as well.
