Mancino's Pizza & Grinders - Michigan — Restaurant in Lansing

I ordered a cobb salad, there was barely any lettuce tomatoes , blue cheese or meat in it, my Ham, beef and turkey grinder barely had any meat, lettuce, tomatoes and onions which costed me $22 and some changes First of all, I've been a customer of this pacific store off and on for 20 years, I'm sooo saddened and disappointed how I can spend $50+ and treated like this! I work HARD for my money, and on 4/25/2025 I decided to treat myself to mancinos for my Lunch break, I was hungry , but disappointed when I received my order, and I even called to complain about my salad and the remake was was still unacceptable for $10. Overall I ordered 3 cobb salads and 1 grinder which came out to over $50. I believe in supporting small businesses in my community, but this right here heart me to the core because I was at work and I couldn't go to the restaurant myself to order and complain. After not coming here for years...I started back up in January. Had mostly good PM service.....always good consistent food...however the owner is something else. They had good daily specials and a every day pizza special. I visited at least 3 to 4 times a,month. Today I walk in and there is a sign that says "no more daily specials, deal with it! Signed The boss. As a regular customer I find this very disappointing......but then I am reminded about the note a few months back posted that If you worked at a certain school,(don't remember name)that they would not be served. I can't say I will be coming back anytime soon...since the owner wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and changes a good thing. One of the employees seems to think a customer pissed him off and that is why...if that is true...you likely will lose more customers...but...

The only reason it gets one star is because I can't give them zero I run the gas station down the street from them I have been ordering from them for 3 years had a couple mistakes that they have corrected. Today I decide to order nachos and they messed it up the owner literally gets on the phone with me tells me that I don't know how to order my food they're not going to replace it I can just bring it back and get my money back and he's never doing business with me again for their mistake never go to this one the owner of this one is rude and disrespectful they don't know how to make the food the right way. Go to the one on Waverly the owner of that one is very polite and very helpful they do way better an their food is better than the one...
