Got my order completely wrong, I didn't get my onion rings, then after giving me my order, me leaving and turning back around is when I was told they were out of onion rings. Gave me mozzarella sticks to replace them, with no marinara. My smasher was ordered no cheese, no onion, add bacon; I got it exactly the opposite. So when I went back for my onion rings they remade it. Girl told me to pull into the stall and she'd bring it out as soon as it was ready. I waited another 15 minutes until I saw the same girl go outside to have a cigarette break. had to go to the to drive through window to remind them that I was still waiting on my smasher they had to remake. Guy at the window didn't have any idea what I was waiting for, but that was alI after I WAITED 50+ MINUTES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, In the first place. Waiting in my stall, checking in on the app. Waiting. Waiting. Falling asleep, waiting ...finally pushing the red button about 3 separate times waiting minutes in between each push ( I ORDERED THROUGH THE APP). Thought it was my quickest option to get my family dinner as I had been at work all day, food was ice cold by the time I got it in the first place. JUST TO FIND OUT MY FOOD WAS MISSING AND WRONG. THEN HAVING TO TURN AROUND AND WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES FOR THEM TO REMAKE 1 SMASHER. During this whole nightmare of an experience, I never received a single "sorry for the wait" or maybe "sorry for not giving you all your food"or *sorry for messing up the food we did give you". NOT A SINGLE NOTION OF THEM KNOWING HOW BADLY THEY MESSED UP. RUDE. UNAPOLOGETIC. AND DUE TO THE STATE OF MY FOOD, (wrong and not at all fresh). This is hands down the worst sonic I've ever been to, and that's saying something. Sonic needs to fire and rehire every single employee at this location or close it down. I've been here many of times and usually if someone in front of me in the drive-thru has a large order they are waiting for normally gets told to pull forward so they can help the next customer in line well that didn't happen I waited almost ten minutes before I drove around the other side and went in to get a hot and ready pepperoni and again I can remember when they would open the box to show you what you were getting as sort of a quality check of your pizza and again the young girl failed they gave me a sausage pizza of course not once ever had I been given the wrong thing from here but someone definitely dropped the ball tonight and after I paid I ask the girl for napkins she gave me four napkins I was really put off by her don't care attitude. So after driving all the way back into Lansing and getting home that's when I realized that the pizza was wrong when I tried to call the first time someone answered the phone then immediately hung up so I tried again only to get a busy signal for almost 10 minutes finally I get through and talk to the manager and told him what had transpired he wanted me to bring back the pizza to exchange for the pepperoni I told him no at the price of gas I thought that was ridiculous that he wouldn't give me a credit for another pizza at a later date I can't imagine they would take a pizza back from a customer are you kidding me I wouldn't doubt that they would resale it which with covid I think that would be a violation of health code! Needless to say I'll shell out a few more bucks for a Casey's pizza or papa Murphys I will not be patronizing this...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever I see why this place received a low rating, I had an order on like yesterday, and when I arrived at the stall to let them know I was there the first thing I ask Have you started making the drinks and she said no then I ask if I can downgrade to a cherry Pepsi the manager said no cause you had ordered online through a 3 party so, therefore, we cannot and won't make any adjustments, however, she said if you would have ordered from us directly then yes we simply could have accomplished your request. So I called the General Manager today Madison and she said her crew did everything by the book she didn’t see what the problem was, but she insisted that I have a free drink waiting for me next I visit. So so my question why couldn’t the free drink be offered yesterday if the manager knew I wasn’t happy with the outcome rather than now? Now if the drinks were already made when I checked in then I wouldn’t made anything out of it besides I’m out of a loss cause I chose to downgrade so what’s the issue. Y’all making a fuss over a drink and giving me a drink gonna bankrupt you seriously or at least you could have offered me to purchase another drink at the time rather than giving me a bunch of lip services.
