Went to BH this afternoon a few minutes past noon. Got our breakfast after over an hour of waiting. It was fairly busy and I get it. I was understanding of the situation and we patiently waited. Server was stressed with the kitchen. But she was doing what she could and was friendly and apologetic for the wait. When we finally got our food, I was beyond excited to eat, but my boyfriend's hash browns were cold. Whatever we were just starving and gonna deal with it. And then he went to try his biscuits and gravy. Completely cold! We let someone who was checking on tables know. Our waitress ended up taking her plate back over to the kitchen. This is where things turned left. There was a female cook who said very loudly "Well the plate is still hot. This pissed me off. 1, I was hearing this cook the entire time I was there. Going back and forth with my sever for example. Rubbing the sweat from her forehead on the back of her wrist. After she said the plate was hot and we heard it, I yelled back over and told her to take a bite if she thinks we are lying. Then we just got up and left. Didn't eat our food and our waitress lost a tip because of this cooks attitude. Only had a card and we werent spending another second in there! Hey brunch house, my advice.....get rid of the dead weight and food will come out faster, waitresses will get better tips and you wont lose guests forever like the two u lost today. And to my waitress, im sorry girl if I had cash I would have put it down for u. If I ever see u ill make...
Read moreWaitress Tori was very nice, fast, and professional. Free wifi with password. Owner chatted with me very politely a moment while I looked over the grill area. Music was a bit too loud for a business. Keep volume down unless no customers sitting in lobby, its unprofessional. Owner works right beside the crew...well done ! Lead by example 👍 2 cooks , 1 manager, 1 waitress, and 1 dish-prep at 1025am Monday. I observed one negative practice but it was not a critical one. Train your crew well and observe them . Toast is buttered with grill grease ( most all places do this ) so ask for it dry if preferred. Drinks get refilled in a timely manner. CB hash was cooked perfect, eggs , cola, and toast very good. Crew is happy and works well together. Nice coat rack , mens restroom is clean , smells nice, well stocked, and decorated kinda cool 😎. The regulars are happy and friendly. The front counter seating is really nice for lone diners. Priced higher than competition see receipt pic ! No Vet discount 👎👎 give US Veterans 10% off , jeez. I will try this place for lunch sometime but I will not be returning for breakfast much. Google assistant does call them to verify if...
