There could be some improvements with the customer service at this location. First being, acknowledging that someone walked in through the front door. Secondly, leaving your personal issues at home, and focusing on doing your job and leaving any complaints or issues you have for your manager for later. Did not even want to look at these people in the face with the vibe I walked into. They took longer to approach and ask what I needed than they needed to, considering we were the only ones there at that moment and they were just standing there talking amongst each other. Not even paying attention. Our order was already ready, and when we received it it’s almost like they gave us food that was reheated like 3 days ago, wasn’t even hot either! We usually get our food fresh and hot to where our skin is burning red that’s how you know it’s good. This? Poorly cut, dry, and cold. We left the house exactly when it said it was ready and we only live 2 minutes away from this location so there’s no way it could’ve gotten cold that fast. Something was not done right in this process but I’m not surprised with those people. Not coming back to this location, I have extraordinary customer service from the dominos on Shiloh, it’s a HUGE difference from the mines road location. You should be respectfully greeted, paid attention to, act professional, and make sure your customers orders are good quality and that your customers are given a good attitude. Most importantly, for customers to be served by people who actually want to do their job and who have a professional composure and show care for their customers being satisfied and feeling well served and welcomed. Customers pay attention to how you act behind the counter and what you say, and that affects how their first impression on you is. If you act immature on the job, they will see that. Keep professional and focus on what...

Read moreDear Domino's Pizza Management,
I recently ordered at your establishment and wanted to share some feedback on my experience. While the pasta dish I ordered was excellent, I was disappointed with the pizza.
Firstly, the pizza arrived cold and the vegetables did not seem fresh. Additionally, the dough was particularly tough, making it difficult to chew. Lastly, the overall appearance of the pizza was quite unappealing.
As a regular patron of your restaurant, I hold your establishment in high regard and this experience was below the standard I have come to expect. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and address these issues to improve the dining experience for all customers.
Thank you for your attention to this...
