Glass Kitchen — Restaurant in Laredo

So I went to glass kitchen to get a burger, I had gone in years. I walk up to the window and order, I pay and I get my ticket number. Then 30 mins pass and nothing I go up to ask and they are clueless where my order is, the lady in the front keeps on asking the cooks and nobody knows anything, I then tell the lady to just give me my money back, I then have to wait because she doesn't know how to return money back to card, then then proceeds in giving me just cash. As she gives me the money back all she says is "Sorri" (misspelled on purpose). I lost most of my lunch hour for nothing Worst...

I lived in Laredo all my life. This was my first time here. We called in for pick up. Don't quite remember the man who answered, but he was very attentive. He repeated our order to make sure he got it right. We got there, there's a little window for pick. A pleasant little elderly lady gave us our order. She was very friendly and helpful as well. The food was delicious. My husband said the burgers had changed a little. I enjoyed it with the side of onions rings. The onion rings lacked a little flavor but still good enough to eat. I would definitely go back to try the rest...

Wow! This is the definition of Mom and Pop restaurant. When we approached, I could smell the good food outside. Most people order from the window, but my party of four went inside. When asked what was good, the lady said that everything was good. She was funny and sassy.

We ordered a LOT of food as the food was cheap and we wanted to try a little of everything. Wow! Amazing food!!!! (I got their special of hot cheetos and melted cheese. You could pass on that.) The burgers were good. The fries were good. Everything about this place screams wholesome.
