Zeebs. Fruit Ice, Burgers and Fries. — Restaurant in Las Cruces

I stopped by Zeebs the other day to try out their hamburgers. The restaurant was clean a the staff were polite. The burgers were pretty good. They had a bit of a unique taste, something that reminded me of Day's Hamburgers (which I no longer visit due to the total f-up of the downtown revitalization and stupid traffic circle! Darn You, Stupid CLC Traffic Engineers! You have ensured that I no longer patronize any business in that area!). Anyhow, the burger was tasty, juicy and about right on the pricing (maybe a bit expensive for what you get... Insert debate on tax rate in CLC and minimum wage here...LOL). I always liked shoestring fries, and theirs were crispy, hot and not greasy. The Fruit Ice was the most disappointing of the meal. I got a peach flavor, but it was obviously an artificial flavor, so I only ate a bit of it. Like everything in Las Cruces, the prices have really jumped up in the last few years from the menu's I've seen online. No doubt partly due to increased cost of materials, but probably more to do with the ridiculous tax rate and debatable minimum wage increase. I would recommend trying Zeebs, especially during these summer months when school is out. They are right across the street from a High School and I've heard they are much busier and a bit less consistent during...

Wowww... This place is great! Their frozen drinks are so good. I was feeling terrible and decided to swing by here to get something to eat anyway. I'll say this... I don't know what you put in those frozen drinks but whatever it is don't stop doing it! I felt amazing afterwards.

I got a burger, too, and it was awesome. Best burger in Cruces, bar none! They do something special to the buns I think-- I tasted butter iirc, so I believe they brown em up a little in some butter. The taste definitely makes a difference and it cuts through the other notes in the burger. Delicious. It looks like they also do loaded burgers with green chile and all that. I might try that next time when I'm doing alright, but even with basically not having any desire or ability to eat anything I inhaled the burger I got. Take that as a very very high bar. No notes on the fries, gotta get those next time. But overall... GO....

The fries are just awesome. Very sweet they must have sugar in them? I don't know what oil they cook them in, but very good tasting.

The burgers are pretty good. However they taste very processed like a prepackaged frozen burger would taste that you microwave. But they are a good value and hit the spot if you need a quick meal.

The hot dogs were very affordable, but tasted very bad. Like the lowest quality hotdogs available at the store.

Didn't try the sweets they have there, but it looked good. 🍧

I believe their burger have pork in the meat. I am allergic to pork and the day after I ate here I had a horrible reaction and...
